"Hello, ladies and gentle angels, and welcome to Angel's Corner broadcasting live from Heaven. This is cherub Gabriel speaking. Yes, we have returned to Heaven. The humans are just increasing in number. We've got recent footage of Earth which we are going to show now so stay tuned to see what's going on there.
Adam and Eve's garden prospered. Besides their first creations, Cain and Abel, they gave birth to other children too, but they lived on the other sides of the garden because it was really grand and needed stewards on each of its sides. So, when the incident between Cain and Abel happened, neither their parents nor their siblings were around.
When the Lord God banished Cain, He sent him on his way with one of his sisters and a herd of sheep to create their own generation. Cain and his wife became wanderers. They relied on grown trees for fruits to eat and, if they ran out, they'd relocate.
This was because the Lord God had cursed Cain, so he wouldn't be able to grow anything from the land which opened up to drink his brother's blood. Life was really difficult for Cain and his wife. They gradually built a hut together.
Cain made offerings to the Lord God with his calves, just like his brother Abel did. He prayed to God every day to lift the curse from him so he could make a garden like that of his parents. After countless times of praying, the Lord God finally answered his prayer and lifted the curse.
Cain continued the family tradition by offering the best of his produce to God. Cain made love to his wife, and she became pregnant and gave birth to Enoch. Cain was then building a city, and he named it after his son Enoch.
To Enoch was born Irad, and Irad was the father of Mehujael, and Mehujael was the father of Methushael, and Methushael was the father of Lamech. Lamech didn't have a good temperament and ended up killing someone just like his great-great-great-grandfather Cain.
Lamech said to his wives,
"Adah and Zillah, listen to me;
wives of Lamech, hear my words.
I have killed a man for wounding me,
a young man for injuring me.
If Cain is avenged seven times,
then Lamech seventy-seven times."
Adam made love to his wife again, and she gave birth to a son and named him Seth, saying, "God has granted me another child in place of Abel, since Cain killed him." Seth also had a son, and he named him Enosh. At that time, people began to call on the name of the Lord.
