ARIANA'S POV
I slowly turned to look at her to know what she was going to say, but she just stared at me in disbelief, and like words had been gotten rid of, from her tongue.
"What did you just say?" She asked, still looking shocked.
"He is my man." I repeated, regaining my confidence, and trying my best to take my mind off the fact that she could be very much disappointed, and disheartened, right now.
Then her eyes fell, and she nodded, slowly.
"Oh, I see." She uttered, and before I could say a word, she looked back at me, and burst out into laughter. "It's still not bad. My friend is dating a billionaire. I still haven't lost. I'm sure he would know other handsome Lycans who are also wealthy." She said, dreamily, and I chuckled.
I was glad that the revelation was in no way, going to cause a rift, between us.
