The group left the uneasy confines of the Village of Griphin as the first traces of twilight crept across the horizon. Fenrir led the way, his wheelchair rolling over the uneven dirt path with Mary Ann and Rui trailing behind him.
Despite the tension the village had stirred within their party, Fenrir's expression remained calm, almost contemplative.
"Where are we going?" Rui finally asked, her voice breaking the silence.
"Just outside the village," Fenrir replied, his tone unreadable. "There's an old property I want to visit."
Mary Ann raised an eyebrow. "Property? What property?"
