Ascar had appeared back to his world, his eyes adjusting to the familiar surroundings of his home. It was nighttime, just like when he had left for Brindlemark. But as he looked around, he felt a sense of unease. Everything seemed the same, yet somehow different.
Ascar walked over to the mirror, his heart racing with anticipation. He had grown and changed so much in Brindlemark, and he was eager to see if those changes had followed him back home.
As he gazed into the mirror, Ascar's eyes widened in shock. He was tall and muscular, just like he had been in Brindlemark. His slim body and short physique were gone, replaced by a strong and confident physique.
Ascar's mind reeled as he tried to process what he was seeing. He had always known that he had a slim body and a short physique, but now he was tall and muscular. It was as if his body had been transformed overnight.
"But I wasn't like this yesterday," Ascar whispered to himself, his voice trembling with fear. "Does everything that happens to my body in Brindlemark affect me here as well?"
Ascar's eyes scanned his body, taking in the changes. He was wearing the same clothes he had worn when he left for Brindlemark, but now they were tight and constricting. He looked like he had outgrown them overnight.
Ascar's panic grew as he realized the implications of his transformation. He couldn't hide his new physique, not with his clothes being too small. And he couldn't explain it to his mom or anyone else, not without revealing the secret of Brindlemark.
Ascar's mind was racing with thoughts and fears. He didn't know what to do, or how to deal with this new reality. He felt like he was trapped in a nightmare, with no escape in sight.
Ascar tried to calm himself down, but it was no use. He was too scared, too anxious. He didn't know how to face his mom, or Emily, or anyone else. He felt like he was a stranger in his own home.
Ascar's eyes dropped to the floor, and he felt a wave of despair wash over him. He didn't know what to do, or how to deal with this new reality. He felt like he was all alone, with no one to turn to. Soon it was morning and things were getting worse.
Ascar's thoughts were interrupted by the sound of his mom's voice, calling out to him from downstairs. "Ascar, get ready for school! It's time to go!"
Ascar's heart sank, and he felt a wave of panic wash over him. He couldn't face his mom, not like this. He didn't know how to explain his new physique, or how to deal with the consequences of his transformation.
Ascar's eyes scanned the room, looking for a way out. But there was none. He was trapped, with no escape in sight.
Ascar's mom called out to him again, her voice growing more insistent. "Ascar, what's going on? Why aren't you getting ready for school?"
Ascar didn't respond, his mind frozen with fear. He didn't know what to do, or how to deal with this new reality.
Emily's voice was heard calling out to Katherine, asking if Ascar was coming or not. Ascar's heart sank, and he felt a wave of panic wash over him. He couldn't face Emily, not like this. He didn't know how to explain his new physique, or how to deal with the consequences of his transformation.
Ascar's eyes dropped to the floor again, as he felt a wave of despair wash over him. He didn't know what to do, or how to deal with this new reality. He felt like he was all alone, with no one to turn to.
"Ascar, we'll be late for school if you don't come out." Emily said.
Ascar's mom called out to him again, her voice growing more insistent. "Ascar, I'm going to get the spare keys to your room. You need to get ready for school, and you can't avoid me forever!"
Ascar's heart sank, and he felt a wave of panic wash over him. He was trapped, with no escape in sight.
