Kaden walked through the bustling streets of the Emberthorn Coalition shelter, the air buzzing with life. The pungent aroma of sizzling meat mixed with the acrid scent of burning fuel from nearby forges, while vibrant banners flapped in the faint breeze, their vivid colors adding a touch of festivity to the otherwise rugged atmosphere. Voices of merchants hawking wares and the occasional clink of weapons formed a chaotic symphony, punctuated by the distant hum of machinery. Above, artificial lights flickered sporadically, casting uneven glows over the cobblestone streets. Hunters strode confidently past him, their weapons gleaming under the artificial lights that lined the streets. A group of hunters, armed and ready, caught his eye as they made their way toward the wilderness to hunt a beast. Their laughter and camaraderie were infectious, but it reminded Kaden of the conversation he'd had earlier with the leader of the Emberthorn Coalition faction.
