"I want to be the hero, that people look up to." The sentence i always used to say, whenever i watch a superhero movie outside of the television store as a child, but people constantly forget their inner child dreams.

Thinking back at those words, now as an adult i begun to question myself, are dreams a illusion we created by ourselves to filled the role of will to live?

Hearing the alarm clock, i slowly open my right eye to see the time, ( 7:30 AM ) seeing the time i muttered. "5 more minutes?.... Probably not." After turning off the alarm clock and laying for a minute, i finally getup from my bed, and make my way to kitchen, reaching at the top drawer where i stored the slice bread, grabbing the plastic package that store the slice bread, looking at it. "Hmm... There's only few pieces.. probably could last for 2 days. Looks like i need to go shopping for food supplies.

Taking a 3 slices of bread and putting it on small plate, and putting back the plastic containing the bread after tying it again, i then grab the coffee mug that i been using for the last 5 years, and put it down on the dining table, next to the plate of my 3 slices of bread, going back to the kitchen again to grab a spoon from utensils drawer, and also grabbing the plastic container that contain the powder black coffee, taking it back to the table and scoops 4 tablespoons of the coffee into the mug, grabbing the thermos flask that contain a hot stored water, that i stored every evening for morning use, removing the thermos flask cap and pouring a cup full of hot water into the mug and stirring it for half a minutes.

"Its already been 5 years, since i leave the orphanage and rented this apartment." Talking to myself while eating the bread and sipping my coffee.

After finishing my breakfast, i wash the dishes and put it on dish drainer. Walking to the cloth drawer, opening it and taking the clothes i used for working as a waiter, i then closed the drawer and go to the bathroom, i remove my clothes and put it inside of washing machine which is also inside the bathroom, the bathroom aren't that large its a place where i take shower, do my business, and my laundry.

I stepped into the shower and flick the switch to turn on the water, i look into the full body mirror that inside of the shower, in the mirror, it show my just a right shape of body just like what you expect a small body of waiter, with the black color hair and eyes, my height was around 5'6 feet or around 167cm.

After taking a shower and wearing my work clothes, i walk into the table next to my bed and take the phone thats charging and my wallet, i then approach the door and open to reveal the morning sunlight, oh did i mention that the apartment i stay was on second floor, theres also another apartment next to mine and 2 more downstairs.

As i step my one foot into the stairs, the platform that carrying me begun to shake for some reason. "The hell,whats happening." And i fell downstairs and hit my head onto the metalic stairs and only stop when i was on the last stairs. "Ahh.... My head..... Theres blood shit.."

I place my right hand on my head and notices it have a crimson liquid on it, but suddenly a massive or an enormous shadow cover the sky and i look up, that made me forget about the blood. "The fuck is that."

A enormous tower with the width like 8 malls combine, and the height of seem im not going to able to tell soon, as it continues to extend into sky. "Its coming from the ground, did someone do that?" Then i look around me to see people on the street also have a look of confusion and fears.

"Are you okay Rover?" Only then i stop looking around and turned to the feminine voice and say with annoying voice. "No, I fell downstairs and hit my head, now im feeling a bit dizzy and seem hallucinating of the giant tower rising from ground." The blode woman with the characteristics of pale like skin, long haired reaching her waist and tomboy like clothes, look at the man and say. "You're not hallucinating theres a giant tower rising from the ground, also that place is where you work?"

Hearing the woman voice, Rover then look at the place where the tower are still rising and cursed. "Shit.. im already having hard time finding a job and now this?" The woman then asked the man. "Lets go back to my apartment and put a some rubbing alcohol, and bandage on your head.

Rover didn't argue and follow the woman into her apartment with a bit of difficulty because of dizzy, but thankfully the woman apartment was on first floor. I sit on the sofa, while she put some alcohol and bandage on my head while im thinking. Now where im going to find a job?

After applying the bandage on the head of the man, the woman then clean the table containing the cotton with blood, and after washing her hands she place back the emergency kit, grabbing the cigarette box on the table in front of the sofa, taking one cigarette and placing it between her lips and lit it with the match.

"So what you'll do now Rover? You can sleep at my bed if you're scared heh." The woman have a smirk on her face, forgetting the fact theres chaos happening outside. Rover whose mind still wandering where to find a new job, didn't respond

"No reaction huh? You still thinking about your job? Take my advice 'Let your Future self Handle it' sound good right?"

Rover finally look at the woman who still have a smirk on her face. "What a rich words coming from a woman, who still relay on her daddy for money." The woman then reply. "Well i can lead you some money, just say 'Thank you Princess Mari and let me if your teddy bear for tonight' easy right?"

"Fuck off." Rover said with annoy face. Mari then laugh. "Hahahah as i expected from my Rover, okay thats enough messing, you can borrow the other room since you cant walk straight even tho you're a man hahahaha."

I stand up and walk at the door that the woman pointed to without replying to the woman, then open it, seeing the bed i walk onto it then lay down. I stopped thinking about the job and the image of enormous tower flash into my head. "The tower what was that? Its not a man made because it'll be a waste of money, then whats the purpose of it?" I asked myself but no answer or idea comes to mind. I'll just sleep for now and lets the government deal with it.
