I've been training with sword techniques for 5 years now and I have mastered three styles in been practicing four styles to mastery. During that time I have unlocked some zanpakuto like.

Sayafushi wlelded by Oetsu.
The blade that can cut though anything I slashed at.
Sakanade wlelded by Shinji (My favorite visord) which can make people senses go haywired.
so I promised myself never to use it in a group fight and the last zanpakuto.
I got Senbonzakura wlelded by Byakuya Kuchiki, which can make thousands of Sakura pedals appear for defense and attack.
It been fun since the training I put my self is light at the beginning like 5 push ups and like that but now I can do 150 push ups with no ease. My speed is like 15 mps. The training I do is good and all but I need to be stronger.'
