"I've retrieved all the scattered devils worldwide. From now on, once this generation of ability users passes, no new Devil Fruits will be born in this world. You no longer need to worry about these devil shadows evolving into true demons."
"Well then, I'm heading back. Remember to visit me in my homeland sometime!"
Amidst the towering pillar of white light, Greenfield waved happily at everyone outside the teleportation array before disappearing.
"Is it really over?"
Looking up at the departing Greenfield, Keqing held Lumine's hand, her expression complicated.
"I thought there would be an epic battle this time, especially since all the world's evil seemed to point to Greenfield."
"But it turns out it was just self-inflicted, and we'd already eliminated the source of evil in this era without even realizing it."
"Exactly!" Lumine nodded in agreement, her face puzzled. "I thought this was just preparation for a boss fight, but it turns out we defeated the 'boss' during the prep."
"And what's left is someone who just took a nap and woke up to find her house surrounded."
"Alright, enough complaining," Hiroshi interjected, rolling his eyes at Lumine and Keqing, whose frustration at the lack of combat was now being channeled into snark. "Since everything's mostly settled, let's finish the remaining tasks."
"Let's wrap this up quickly. I still need to visit Mark's world."
"What for?"
Standing beside Hiroshi, Ruri Gokou held his hand and asked curiously.
With a faint smile, Hiroshi explained, "Mark's world might hold the key to fully reviving Qiqi."
"Though the chat group's power could also revive her completely, it would consume a lot of points. But Mark's world has something that could help Qiqi without such a cost."
"Going there not only helps Mark save his world but also gets what's needed for Qiqi's revival. It's a win-win."
"Then let's finish up quickly," Ruri said, her hands clasped tightly with Hiroshi's. "I'll go with you when the time comes."
"Alright," Hiroshi agreed softly.
Back at the Navy Headquarters office, everyone gathered once again. Riku signaled Shuvi to activate the projection.
A new world appeared on the display—a map of the altered planet, compiled by group members stationed across the globe.
Pointing to the map, where the Calm Belt and Red Line no longer divided the world, Riku smiled at the group.
"Now, we proceed with the final task."
Marking locations on the map where the Navy and group members had gathered people, Riku slapped the table and said, "These marked areas are where all intelligent life is currently concentrated. The remaining areas will no longer host intelligent beings, only beasts and plants."
"Our mission is to reshape the planet's geography. Since it's still populated, we can't just brute-force things. Precision is key."
Turning to Zhongli, Riku said, "Mr. Zhongli, please gather all unmarked islands into one complete continent, using these seven islands as the foundation."
"Shuvi will provide you with the design plans we've prepared."
"As for the flora and fauna on these islands, they'll be handled by Mr. Venti and Mr. Banir, who will use music and magic to soothe their emotions and prevent unrest during the movement."
Turning to Hiroshi, Riku transmitted a set of instructions directly to him.
"Hiroshi, your task is to use the Five Elements to reorganize this planet's energy flow based on this plan."
Absorbing the information, Hiroshi nodded calmly. "Got it."
"What about us?" Lumine asked eagerly, noticing Riku's pause.
"Uh…" Riku hesitated for a moment before replying, "Lumine and Keqing, your job will be to manage the weather changes caused by Zhongli's island movements."
"Since Hiroshi can only start reorganizing the energy flow after the land reshaping, the interim weather management will be up to you two."
"Got it!" Lumine exclaimed with a thumbs-up. "Leave it to us!"
"Alright, let's get to work."
Outside the Navy Headquarters, Zhongli stood with his hands clasped behind his back, gazing at the sky. The thick malice that once filled the air was now dissipating as the planet's will, freed from suppression, worked rapidly to cleanse it.
A faint smile played on Zhongli's lips as he turned to Shuvi.
"Let's begin. It's been ages since I last reshaped a continent."
Golden light radiated from Zhongli's body as a pair of dragon horns appeared on his forehead. Under Ruri's excited gaze, Zhongli extended his arms, sending endless light across the world.
The planet's will briefly resisted, only to be swiftly subdued by an overwhelming divine presence.
With a hint of nostalgia in his golden eyes, Zhongli bellowed, "Rise!"
The world trembled as all unmarked islands separated from the ground, ascending into the sky before converging at their designated locations under Zhongli's command.
This monumental change caused violent storms and dark clouds, but they were quickly dispelled by two streaks of light. Joyful melodies accompanied the winds, calming uneasy creatures across the globe.
As countless islands floated, one carrying a pirate flag joined the formation, its evil aura vanishing under Zhongli's golden light, leaving behind only ash and two swords deemed acceptable by him.
The residents of this world, who had witnessed apocalyptic events followed by miraculous rebirths, looked on in awe. From the end of the Yonko era and the collapse of the World Government to the salvation brought by the Navy and now the planet's reshaping, this day would forever be etched in history.
Amid the rumbling, a new continent emerged. Under the colorful glow enveloping the planet, the world began adapting to its sudden changes. Hiroshi, guided by Riku's expertise, quickly restructured the planet's energy flow.
A new era had truly begun.
The Navy's Age of Justice was at hand, ready to fulfill its promise of peace for this world.
