The stars flickered cold in the endless void of space, every one a far-off shimmering light, a mute testament to the enormousness of the universe. Life had once been simple and mundane for Astrael until it changed completely. Nameless man; powerless to take hold of his own fate; shoved into the skin of an orphan in a strange world. His memories had once been solid and vivid but were now elusive pieces like dust motes in a breeze. One thing was for sure: he wasn't meant to be here.

His eyes opened to a world of shining skyscrapers, high-tech machines, and cities that floated in the clouds. It was not the world he had known. That was the world of the Planet Lords,a universe where power was not some elusive dream but something real and achievable. An originative place where beings with unfathomable powers governed huge, prosperous empires. And where every student was given the opportunity to be one of them at the moment of awakening.

But not Astrael. When it finally got to be the moment of his awakening, it arrived neither with fanfare nor a tremendous surge of power. The hues of his awakening were a dull, washed-out color, almost as if the cosmos had turned its back on him. His classmates, who all possessed remarkable talents, looked at him with pity as though he were simply an afterthought.

It was a cruel twist of fate. Or so it appeared to be.

But then, he felt something rouse within him. The faint whisper of an inner voice at the far back of his mind informed him of things that were beyond his imagination. His power wasn't magical. It wasn't a strength or elemental force. It was something else— the ability to create, build, and shape civilizations. His potential was not in battles nor conquests but in something more profound. His world was not one of ruins but advancements.

As Astrael stood there watching the glow of his classmates' powers dim into the distance, a part of him stirred. He realized something important. The path ahead was not by means of destruction or sheer force. It was creation, inspiring others to greatness, harnessing the power of technology to create his own future.

The road ahead was challenging. He would have opponents other Planet Lords each with unique strengths and abilities, and their own goals. Astrael was not the type to be deterred; he was not like them, and that was his greatest strength. The world would witness that he had something far greater than the others: a vision, a plan, and the will to see it through.

Reflecting upon these feelings Astrael stared at the countless stars that lit up the sky and his heart swelled. The universe was a realm of unlimited opportunities. And this… was just the start of it all.
