A huge underground cavern.
Jon entered the cavern under the escort of tens of thousands of robots, and the sight of the place took his breath away.
The entire cavern was even big enough to stuff down a mountain peak.
At its very center, there was a silver-colored pyramid, and above the top of the pyramid, a miniature sun emitted a piercingly glistening light, illuminating the entire cavern as if it was daytime.
This couldn't help but remind Jon of certain legends from ancient Egypt.
"Ella, after your comparison, is there any connection between this pyramid and the pyramids of ancient Egypt?"
It was natural to ask the most professional Ella with a question.
Due to the lack of holographic projection outside, Ella was controlling a robot at this moment.
I don't know if it was intentional or accidental, but this robot was exactly the same silicone-shelled one from before, only wearing a tight outfit.
Ella had dyed its hair, eyebrows, and even eyelashes snow-white, while its pupils were ice-blue cameras with mechanically overlapping structures.
At first glance it looked no different from a normal human, even beautiful.
It was only when making movements that one could realize that its skin texture was different from normal creatures.
Ella intentionally followed the human's example of showing a contemplative look on her face, and then spoke as if she looked certain.
"Jon, there isn't."
"The pyramid itself is a spacecraft, what you see is just its exposed surface bow, its true shape is prismatic."
"The pyramid itself is structured as an angular cone, a structure that only has the advantage of being solid and less prone to collapse on the surface of a planet that possesses gravity."
"And in the universe this structure is impossible to build a spacecraft into an angular cone unless it's a hobby, it's pointless and even creates extra trouble when the spacecraft leaves the surface of a planet."
Unless, of course, this civilization has already discovered the graviton of gravity and completely mastered gravity and implemented anti-gravity technology.
However, such a civilization was already capable of studying the most terrifying object in the entire universe, "black holes", and could even use black holes as energy stations, its civilization level was at least level 3 or above.
Jon nodded his head to show that he understood.
In other words, this spacecraft had nothing to do with the pyramid.
As for that top glow Ella had already made a copy of the information to give him, displayed on the helmet visor of the spacesuit.
The light was bound photons, and the spacecraft had a powerful "light civilization".
Ella expected the civilization to be around level 2.
For every 1 level difference in civilization, the difference in energy is 1 billion times, and the difference in technology is even more unreachable.
Now Ella had only developed to level 1.4.
Jon slowly approached the spacecraft.
At first glance, he didn't think it was big, but when he was really close to it, he felt how small he was.
Just the bow of a spacecraft was 700 meters high and 1000 meters wide.
There were no splicing lines or rivets found in the part he saw, this bow was like a one-piece metal mirror, which was even able to clearly reflect what he looked like at this moment.
"So, in fact, the Hundred Eyes' civilization did not develop over a long period of time, but rather inherited the civilization's technology carried by this spacecraft?"
Jon asked.
This was the main reason why he had come here.
The discovery of the spacecraft explained many previously unexplainable suspicions.
As a level 1 civilization, the Hundred Eyes Race was still stuck in a very primitive stage in terms of energy, and although it could be forcefully explained with other reasons, it was still a bit far-fetched.
In particular, the development speed of the Hundred Eyes civilization had quickly come to a standstill after being hit by Jon's Absolute Zero missiles, and they completely lacked the resilience that a level 1 civilization should have.
"That's right, although no information on that spacecraft was found in the records of the Hundred Eyes."
"But it is clear that this is the source of the Hundred Eyes civilization."
"Light doesn't lie."
"I've also researched the age of the cave's formation, and it's at least 6.7 million years old."
"It's also more in line with the history of the development of the Hundred Eyes Race."
"The Hundred Eyes Race has been learning from that civilization, but what was copied was too advanced, just like a secondary school student studying railroad transportation getting the technology and machines to make 1nm chips, it does manage to make the chips, but there is no way to innovate them."
Jon was shocked.
A level 2 civilization 6.7 million years ago, if it had continued until now, how many levels of civilization was it?
"What place is the entrance? Go in and take a look."
The mere reveal of a ship's bow was enough to shock people, so the interior must be even more exciting.
Ella pointed to a large hole next to the spacecraft.
"There, the Hundred Eyes dug into the hatch of the spacecraft and opened it."
The large hole was somewhat vertical, but Ella had sent someone to improvise a lift for Jon's convenience.
Jon descended 4,000 meters in the lift before reaching the hatch Ella had described, a huge triangular hole over 60 meters in diameter.
Entering it, Jon was somewhat disappointed.
For the interior of the place had become a mess, the Hundred Eyes having removed much of it in order to study the spacecraft.
"Ella, can you learn the technology related to that civilization from these things?"
That was what Jon wanted to know the most.
If they could decipher the technology of a level 2 civilization, then their civilization level could also go up a notch.
"I've actually started parsing it, Jon."
"The civilization is a civilization of light, and I predict that its civilization does not have an extreme lack of light like the planets at that location, but rather a planet with an abundance of light."
"The civilization's home planet would be between multiple and stable star systems that aspire to light, study it, bind it, and control it."
"Not only are the weapon systems of this spacecraft light, but even the power systems and mainframe make extensive use of light."
"They use photons to store information to propel the spacecraft, and in my calculations, the theoretical speed of the spacecraft can reach km/s, one-thirtieth of the speed of light."
Terrifying speed.
Right now, their fastest spacecraft was only 1,455km/s for the Star Cruiser.
"Right now we can't fully parse their technology, the civilization has developed in a very different direction from human civilization, and the Hundred Eyes have only learned a few things on the surface."
Jon looked around, very many of the instruments were very odd, most of them were built of crystals, in the service of light propagation.
"And not to be taken at face value, one needs to absorb its essence and discard its dross."
"By the way, how about this spacecraft? I see that its shell material is rather special, and it hasn't had any rust for 6.7 million years, is it possible to remodel this spacecraft?"
Jon looked at the shell.
Ella thought deeply and calculated.
"No problem, but I'd rather parse the materials used in this spacecraft so I can produce it myself."
That was certainly better.
Jon nodded, "Then do it."
"Get those Hundred Eyes scientists involved afterward."
"Although I believe in your wisdom Ella, civilization is never formed by one or a few creatures, more important than technology or arithmetic is imagination, drain the imagination of those Hundred Eyes."
Jon decided to develop on the planet first.
That way he could meet the unknown dangers first afterward.
Instead of reacting in a panic as he did with the Hundred Eyes, it took a thousand years to occupy it.
"No problem, after that, I will brainwash those elite Hundred Eyes for a long time, so that the entire Hundred Eyes race up and down will become subordinate to humans."
