Evolved Zombies
"Alice-chan, wake up." Rose came back and found Alice still asleep, so she walked through the barrier to wake her up.
"'Sob." Alice got up groggily.
"Auntie." Alice hugged Rose's leg tightly.
"This is Auntie." Rose sat down on the floor, picked up Alice, checked her, and found that the little girl was still fine.
"Alice, tomorrow, auntie will take you out of here and find a big house." Rose told Alice.
Alice nodded in agreement.
Rose took out food from the dimensional ring. The two finished eating, and Alice hugged Rose's waist tightly, as if she didn't want Rose to go anywhere anymore.
"Don't you want me to go? Okay, auntie won't go." Rose said with a smile. She carried Alice to sit on her lap, thinking about the little girl's clothes. Alice had been wearing the same clothes for many days. She should find some clothes for Alice to change into.
With her current strength, Rose could easily deal with all the zombies in the mall. Rose's thoughts now had many options, such as going out to find a big house to make it a portable place. And she also thought of taking over this department store. The two thoughts clashed until the breath of the child sitting on her lap became lighter. Rose suddenly felt sleepy.
Can sleepiness be contagious?
Rose lay on the floor next to Alice, calling out the status window.

Rose lay down. She put Alice next to her before pulling the blanket to cover both her and the child before falling asleep.
Silence
Rose woke up. She sat up on the floor, looking around. The cinema was quite dark as usual. Rose picked up her mobile phone. It was around midnight. It was strange that the previous day, the cinema was still bright. The backup electricity must have run out. The cinema was so dark.
"Lightball" Rose immediately cast a light spell. A ball of light appeared on her palm. Then it floated up. The white light from the lightball spread out. The theater lit up again.
When she came back, it should be around noon. Did she sleep until midnight? Rose stroked her hair and shook her head.
"Let's go outside and look." Rose looked at Alice who was sleeping. She slowly got up and backed away, then left the theater.
Outside the theater
Rose was surprised. It was so quiet. So quiet that almost nothing moved. Even though it was night, this was the end of the world. There should be some noise at night. It wasn't completely silent like this. Rose stared into the darkness. Then a ball of light floated out of her palm. This light was bright enough to see the zombie corpses that Rose had killed.
"Even though I killed a lot of zombies, there should be some zombies crying or walking upstairs and downstairs. It's too quiet." Rose said. She had a feeling that this was very unusual. The ball of light stopped in midair, and it seemed like something was responding to the light.
Rumble
There was a sound coming from upstairs, along with the sound of heavy footsteps.
Rose immediately went back to Alice.
"Alice, wake up!" Rose bent down and woke up little Alice.
"Auntie," Alice woke up and replied in a daze.
"Alice, we have to hurry." Rose immediately picked Alice up. Suddenly, the increased Instinct stat made Rose's field of perception wider than an ordinary human's. She hugged Alice and immediately jumped to the side.
Bang
A figure broke through the door of the cinema. Then, its body was crushed into the screen of the cinema until its body was embedded in the wall.
"What the hell is that?" Rose shouted before running out of the cinema immediately.
Another ball of light shot up and emitted a bright light.
Rose scanned the path before running faster.
The monster behind roared loudly. Its footsteps followed Rose closely.
The light from the ball of light made Rose, who turned back to look, clearly see its shape.
It looked like a human. However, the muscles on the body expanded, especially the arms, which were bigger than its body.
Rose could only think of one thing.
"Evolved zombies?"
In the original novel, the shape of the evolved zombies would change greatly depending on whether the evolution was complete or not. For example, the muscular zombies chasing Rose now.
This one should not have evolved completely, because if it was complete, the zombie's body would not have expanded this much.
But whether it evolved completely or not, the overall situation, this one is an evolved zombie, and it is very strong!
In no time, it was behind Rose. A large fist hit Rose immediately.
"Shield!" Rose roared, changing to hold Alice in her left hand, while her right hand extended forward to receive the attack of the muscular zombie.
The golden energy turned into a large shield.

This punch was very strong, but Rose's energy shield was also very strong. The energy shield completely destroyed the evolved zombie's fist attack. Rose was almost unaffected by the impact.
