(Ayra's POV)
I couldn't stop fuming as I drove home, gripping the steering wheel tighter than necessary.
Who did that man think he was? A careless driver with zero regard for others on the road!
My car was scratched, and my mood thoroughly ruined.
I barely gave him a chance to explain himself before speeding off, but honestly, I didn't care.
I had more pressing matters to deal with. My heart raced as I glanced at the clock on the dashboard. I only hoped I wasn't too late.
I still remembered how her car had been totaled and how she was rushed to the hospital.
I had been so scared. She was the only family I had left, and I couldn't stand the thought of losing her.
We were lucky she survived the accident, but it had affected her spine, leaving her unable to walk. She had been bedridden ever since.
