Alaina's POV
*I love Michael.*
When did I start believing that? I wasn't sure, but it should be when I started feeling the need to protect Michael, when I felt that need to take him away from Zoey, and when Nicole had told us that he was the father of my unborn baby and Michael sort of distanced himself from me. That was when I started to feel something for him. At that point, I knew I was about to take a risk by having that feeling for him, but I still dared to be in love with him.
"I know you hate me, Michael, but trust me when I say I love you, and I will make sure I prove myself worthy of your love." I said, looking at him with my eyes shimmering with love. The glow of the moon shone on half of my features, particularly my face, and it added a sort of perfection to the light makeup I wore. I could see my reflection in Michael's eyes. I saw something in his eyes, but I wasn't sure if I should call it love or not.
