Macy looks like she's on the verge of tears and walks quickly after Ray, not before Flower hears her quietly sob. She hates what she has to do. She hates what happened to her. And all of it happened because of the FF. Flower directs her anger at Ray, who is a part of them, instead so she doesn't overthink how much she'd hear Ray and Macy and how much she'd still need to hurt them later. The girl looks down and sees that she's still holding the papers. She pulls out her bag to put the papers in it but she notices a small black object in the bottom of her bag. When she tries to pick it up, it's surprisingly heavy. Very heavy. Has this been weighing her down? Flower is about to say something to the teachers but it is time to leave the white room, so she shoves the papers in there and takes out her phone before running after them. In her reality dream, someone had texted her and now she finds their text.
"We are trying to help you."
"We won't hurt you."
"Don't disobey our orders." -Friday, 7:45pm, unknown number. Hours after she lost control. Were they giving her instructions? Why isn't anything else there? Is it the FF again? Were they threatening or helping her? It seems like a little bit of both. Flower puts her phone back and looks ahead at where they are going. For the first time, at least that she remembers, the class is heading away from her apartment. They don't walk far though. They stop at a tall building made completely of wood, which is strange for a place like this. The class enters and immediately seems like they are interrupting something. The first floor is busy with people waiting their turn in line, people practicing speeches, and people gathering their things and adding finishing touches to themself before going up the elevator. If anyone wants to enter the business world or thinks about it, they will come here to see what it's about. It is a business help center, where anyone can learn anything business. And if the person is lucky and talented enough the center will help them start their career in business. Of course the chance of anyone entering business and being successful are slim to none. Every single year in The Sheero, 20,000 people apply for help thinking they are good enough to make it but very few do and even fewer than the amount that starts are those who can make a career out of it. Business in an art. A very dishonest, confusing and exhausting art, but art all the same. If a person doesn't understand it, they can't have it. Flower loves all kinds of art, and this one always intrigues and frightens her at the same time. Sometimes though, it can be quite boring. It is intense, serious and confusing. She has to use too much of her brain and it can sometimes be dangerous. A person can lose all their wealth in seconds. Since this place is not a joke, Reina and Cindy quickly take them up to the second floor. Usually there is no one on the second floor. The third floor is used for speeches and training while the fourth floor is where the presentations happen. The fifth and last floor is where the "judges" are and where they make their decisions. Mostly to reject people. The fourth and fifth floors are restricted for anyone to just enter it and they'd be disturbing the flow here if they get a tour of the third floor, so they just had to stick with the second, which has close to nothing on there. At least nothing interesting. They go around the place, where another tour guide named Adam introduces them to the place as best as he can.
"Hello everyone, this is the business help center where we help people start their dream job." A question pops up in Flower's head and she raises her hand to ask it. Adam looks busy but points at her to speak.
"If you guys say no to a person, does that mean they can't have a career in business?"
"No, these people come to us and ask us if we think their plans are good. If we say no they can go to someone else or do it by themselves." Either way, not many people succeed in it. They can't think the way this art needs them to think. Neither can Flower really. They take the group to a room full of computers and set each girl at one.
"Ok guys this is what the training starts at. Search up whatever you want and learn. Most beginners will search up stock prices, how to manage money, and how to start a business people will like. You can search up anything you think will help. Just one simple thing." Then Reina, Cindy, and Adam disappear to let the girls search up anything they want. This is really boring. Flower doesn't know the first thing about business or how it works. How could someone even predict stock sales? It is some hard work never meant for Flower. The other girls are not interested either. On the computers, they are going online shopping or searching up how to be popular guides, which Flower thinks is funny, because the girls are trying to make the FF like them at dinner tonight. The girl suddenly is very confused. Her whole class is rich but are they all a part of the minion families? Do they have anything to do with them or are they just the minions of the minions. Because her whole class isn't nice to her and will gather up to watch her make a fool of herself. Flower looks around;the only person who is using the computers for anything remotely close to business is Ray. That is pretty obvious since she comes from a family who basically created business. Macy is sitting next to Ray with her computer turned off and her staring at Ray's seeing what she is doing. With nothing to do, Flower quickly notices things she doesn't normally think about. She looks at Ray and Macy's friendship. Ray is part of the Five Families and Macy knows that. The day of the crazy mob, Macy said that the FF ruined her life and warned her against them. So how and why are they so close? Was Macy lying to her? Was Ray? But Flower also remembers that Macy said "you never know which ones are nice and which ones will rip you apart" so that means that some of them are harmless. But still how did Macy accept to be friends with one of the members to even know that. At this point, Flower is establishing the idea that she knows nothing about anything and even the things she thinks she knows about, she doesn't. She's snapped out of her thoughts when the three triplets and a couple of other girls get up and simply walk out the room, most likely to hang out in the bathroom and fool around. Flower is bored and decides to blend into the group and separate from them to go sneak outside. Then when she is done, she'll go back to them, blend in with the group, and go back inside the computer room. The group barely notices her and Flower realizes how easy it is to use them. She isn't the first person to find it out and she has no bad intentions. Their complete unawareness of this is probably harming them in an unknown way that'll go back to bite them later. Based on the girls' behaviors there isn't just one bite heading for them. Flower walks with the group and like she expects, some of them go to the bathroom while others hang around the stairs and 'talk' with the young students there. Flower sneaks off to the fourth floor. There, the things are much neater and tidier to give off a professional vibe. But with nowhere to go, since this part is filled with young men training to be businessmen, Flower leaves the fourth floor using the stairs. She looks down at the third floor and up at the fifth floor. God I'm amazing at making terrible decisions, she thinks while climbing up the stairs to the fifth floor. It isn't like I'm going to see business secrets or anything. I'm fine. She slowly enters the fifth floor, eyeing her surroundings to make sure nobody is here. Panic starts to build in Flower's chest. There is noise, so much noise, she won't know if someone is coming her way. This is risky, too risky, but something pulls Flower deeper into this danger.
