Everyone in the lobby of Space Empire Hotel froze as they heard the woman's desperate cry.
Aunt Luna and Uncle Jax exchanged a worried glance, both immediately on high alert. They looked around, trying to locate the source of the commotion.
Chozen's expression hardened as he heard the woman's plea for help. He clenched his fists tightly, ready to intervene if necessary.
The woman's cries for help echoed through the lobby, growing more frantic by the second.
"Please someone help me!" she shouted.
"My husband has collapsed!"
The sound seemed to come from somewhere near one of the elevators.
"Calm down I am a doctor!" Emily who heard this she felt happy if she saves someone from this hotel then the most powerful yet feared family will owe her!
The woman turned to look at Emily, her eyes wide with desperation.
"Please help my husband!" she begged. "He collapsed and he's not breathing!"
Emily could see the fear and panic etched on the woman's face. She quickly moved closer to the man who was lying unconscious on the ground.
Isabella narrowed her eyes and she stroke over and grabbed Emily hand.
"Stop it, are you trying to kill him," Isabella asked as she took control.
"Isabella, you aren't even a doctor!" Emily shouted but Isabella was emotionless and indifferent.
Isabella looked at Emily with a cold, unfeeling gaze.
"I don't need to be a doctor to know that you're making things worse," she said firmly, her voice low and steady.
Emily was about to protest again but Aunt Luna stepped in before the argument escalated further.
"I will handle this matter with acupuncture," Isabella said as she shoved her sister away.
Emily stumbled backwards as Isabella shoved her aside. She was about to say something but Aunt Luna placed a hand on her arm, silencing her.
Aunt Luna turned her attention back to Isabella, watching with interest as she knelt down next to the unconscious man.
"Isabella are you crazy! You aren't a doctor! Acupuncture it's a lost profession from over 800,00 years ago!"
Isabella ignored Emily's protest and continued to focus on the unconscious man.
"Just watch," she said coldly, her eyes fixed on his face.
"And learn something."
She placed her fingers gently on the man's forehead, searching for a pulse point.
Isabella ignored Emily's protest and continued to focus on the unconscious man.
"Just watch," she said coldly, her eyes fixed on his face.
"And learn something."
She placed her fingers gently on the man's forehead, searching for a pulse point.
Chozen were about to go and grab Isabella but Chozen stopped his man he wanted to see what this woman was capable of she is far to lazy.
The man's pulse was weak, but steady. Isabella took a deep breath and placed her fingers on two specific points on his forehead.
She closed her eyes and began to apply pressure with slow, deliberate movements. Her expression was focused and intense as she worked.
Aunt Luna watched closely, her eyes widening as she saw the change in the man's breathing. It was slow and shallow at first but gradually became more steady and regular.
Emily looked on in disbelief, unable to believe that Isabella's method was actually working.
After a few more moments, the man's eyes fluttered open and he let out a gasp of air. He sat up slowly, disoriented but alive.
Isabella withdrew her fingers from his forehead and looked at him with an expressionless face. She didn't say anything, waiting for him to speak first.
The man looked around, clearly confused and disoriented. He saw Isabella sitting next to him and his eyes widened.
"What happened?" he asked weakly, rubbing his forehead where she had placed her fingers.
Isabella didn't answer his question. Instead, she looked up at the woman who had been calling for help.
"He's going to be fine," she said coldly.
"But he needs to rest."
The woman let out a sigh of relief and knelt down next to the man, wrapping her arms around him protectively.
"But sir you have the Wqen demon cancer," Isabella said her voice firm while she spoke to the couple.
The man's eyes widened in shock as he heard Isabella's words. He turned to look at her, his face pale.
"What?" he said hoarsely.
"How did you know?"
The woman gasped and looked at Isabella with a mix of fear and disbelief.
Chozen widen this woman is truly special a smile crawl up on his lips as he eyes Isabella like she was his woman.
Isabella's expression remained impassive as she met the man's gaze.
"I can sense it," she said simply.
"Your energy is weak and you have a dark aura surrounding you."
The woman looked at her husband, then back at Isabella, her eyes wide with fear.
The man's face paled even more as he heard her words.
"How is that possible?" he asked, his voice shaking.
"I've been to countless doctors and they said I was fine."
Isabella didn't respond immediately. Instead, she looked at the woman sitting next to him.
"You're also infected," she said coldly.
"The small child inside you is protected through I sent a light energy within your arm to make sure he or she is protected so congratulations you are going to be parents."
The woman's eyes widened in shock and disbelief.
"How did you know I was pregnant?" she whispered, her voice trembling.
"And how can you tell it's a boy?"
Isabella didn't answer. She just stared at the couple with her cold, emotionless gaze.
The man was still trying to process everything that Isabella had said.
"What do you mean I have cancer?" he asked, his voice quivering.
"And what can we do about it?"
Isabella looked at him for a long moment before she spoke.
"The Wqen demon cancer is incurable," she said bluntly.
"But there is one way to save you and your wife."
The man's eyes widened and he looked at her with a mixture of hope and fear.
"What is it?" he asked, his voice barely above a whisper.
"Please tell me."
The woman clutched onto her husband's arm tightly, waiting for Isabella to speak.
Isabella looked at them both for a long moment before she spoke.
"You have to offer up something of great value," she said coldly.
"Something that is precious to you."
The man's eyes widened even more and he exchanged a panicked glance with his wife.
"But since you meant you are in luck you need to do that," Isabella said coldly once more as she yawned.
The man and his wife looked at each other, their faces pale with fear.
"What do you mean we're in luck?" the woman asked weakly.
"Please tell us what we need to do."
Isabella closed her eyes for a moment before she spoke again.
"I will take your pain away," she said quietly.
"But it will come at a cost."
The man and his wife looked at her, their eyes wide with hope.
"Anything," the man said quickly.
"We'll do anything to save ourselves and our baby."
The woman nodded in agreement, tears welling up in her eyes.
Isabella looked at them both for a long moment before she spoke again.
"You we need to it now but give me your hands please and let me guide you," Isabella said she held out her hands.
The man and woman exchanged a quick glance before they hesitantly reached out their hands towards Isabella. Their fingers trembled with fear but also hope.
