During the tour towards the Armory, is obvious that a large part of the population is greatly marginalized, and I am talking about the outcasts, I mean, The Refugees.
However, most of them deserve this treatment, they just sit there or lie down in the streets, drinking and complaining about their situation instead of doing whatever it is necessary to get ahead or simply out of their misery.
If not, they could face dead against the Peepers and stop being a nuisance for The Civilians, which are the most affected by the harsh or aggressive behavior of some individuals of The Refugees.
