Inside the main testing chamber of the Castle organization, the day that would change human history had begun. The time machine, humanity's greatest invention, was ready for its first experiment. However, the intentions of the organization and the anonymous investor who funded this colossal project remained shrouded in mystery. Would this be a breakthrough for humanity or its undoing?
Twelve scientists stood in the lab, surrounded by screens and complex devices, joined by representatives of the mysterious investor. "Unfortunately, he didn't attend in person, preferring to maintain his usual privacy," thought one scientist as the attendees exchanged tense glances.
Among the crowd stood an eccentric scientist, visibly nervous in the corner, his eyes radiating fear or perhaps regret. He was unlike the others in his confidence, as if he knew something they didn't.
Prisoner 405, condemned to death, was ushered into the massive room. Dressed in his distinctive pink uniform, his footsteps echoed in the heavy silence. Before him loomed the glowing circle, resembling a black hole devouring everything in its path. Unable to express his fear, his mouth was sealed shut by a metal clasp.
The countdown began:
"Five... Four... Three... Two... One..."
Then came the decisive command:
"Send him!"
The prisoner was thrust toward the giant vortex. Light erupted powerfully, filling the room with a blinding glow as everyone watched in fearful anticipation. Minutes passed in a heavy silence, with only the hum of the machines breaking the tension. But nothing happened.
Suddenly, alarm sounds echoed everywhere. The room filled with a strange odor, and a distorted image began to appear on the main screen. It was unclear but unmistakably not human.
The scientists exchanged shocked glances. Everyone realized that something had gone terribly wrong. Very wrong.
