I woke up to Jax's hands holding onto me in my sleep. It felt surreal that we were here, staying so close but then again, we had agreed to stay together and work on ourselves.
He had tried to assure me last night that there was no reason for me to ever worry about him and Claire or any other girl got that matter.
I loved this new side of Jax. I brushed the hair off his face and looked at his scar. I don't know why he hid the scar because it didn't look bad one but. In fact, he looked good with it but I could also understand that it was a memory of his brother. The same brother that was in a dungeon.
I placed a kiss on his eyebrows hoping he wouldn't just wake up and ask me what I was doing.
"Good morning to you too." I heard him say as he pulled me closer until his head was placed on my chest. He placed little kisses on my cleavage and I smiled. "Did you sleep well?"
