Surprise?
Accident?
Joy?
Ron and Hermione listened to the familiar voice and looked at the person in front of them. They were neither surprised nor joyful; instead, they looked as if they had seen a ghost.
Who else could it be but Li William?
"You... How did you get here?" Hermione stared at him with wide eyes, struggling to speak.
"I'm here to attend school!" Li William replied as if it were the most natural thing in the world.
"Aren't you supposed to be at Rotfang College?" Hermione couldn't help asking.
Li William smiled slightly and said, "Didn't you go? We agreed to go together. Since you didn't, I had no choice but to stay as well!"
At these words, Hermione felt a bit touched. What the heck!
After all these years of knowing him, she understood Li William all too well.
On the surface, he appears quite serious, but in reality, he is rather cunning. Indeed, the term 'cunning' was something Li William had taught her.
She knew that Li William's decision not to go wasn't because she hadn't gone, but because he had planned to attend Hogwarts from the start.
The reason he hadn't told her was because he knew she was going to Hogwarts!
Realizing this, Hermione stared at Li William with fiery eyes, clenched her teeth, and asked fiercely, "Did you know I was going to Hogwarts?"
Li William touched his nose and explained, "My mother knows Professor McGonagall. Before she visited your house that day, she had been at my house for quite some time."
Hermione fell silent.
But then, remembering the day she thought she would see less of Li William in the future, she had impulsively given him her first kiss—albeit on the cheek—to make him not forget her.
She couldn't help but get angry.
"You're dead!!!"
Like a lioness, Hermione stood up with a flushed face, roared, and rushed at Li William, grabbing his neck fiercely.
"Alright, alright, there are so many people watching here, let's not get too excited!" Li William quickly pulled her hand away and tried to soothe her.
Hearing this, Hermione released her hand and sat back down, though she still wore an angry expression.
Meanwhile, Ron was stunned for a moment when he witnessed the interaction between Hermione and Li William.
He hadn't expected Hermione, who had seemed so demure just moments before, to have such a fierce side.
He snapped back to reality as the two separated.
Immediately, he stood up, clenched his fists, glared at Li William with red eyes, and approached him slowly, grinding his teeth as he said, "William, you might be on this train now, but my mother isn't here to protect you!"
Responding to this, Li William narrowed his eyes and inquired, "Are you planning to hit me?"
"Absolutely!" Ron declared bluntly.
For five long years, he had suffered terribly because of Li William.
Now he finally had a chance to exact his revenge, and he was not going to let it slip away.
"But just two days ago, your mother wrote to me, asking me to keep an eye on you at school and ensure you study hard. If you don't, I can write to her and tell her!" Li William said with a smile.
"What do you mean by that?" Ron was taken aback.
"It means if you dare to hit me, I'll write to your mother later, saying you don't study, you tease the girls, and you play pranks in class!" Li William whispered menacingly into Ron's ear, "When you get home, you will definitely receive a 'heavy reward' from your mother!"
At that moment, he was laughing.
But his smile looked like a devil's in the eyes of everyone in the carriage.
Hermione and Harry shuddered at Li William's demeanor and looked at Ron with a trace of pity.
Ron was in a predicament!
Thinking it over, he was conflicted.
If he attacked, he would suffer upon returning home.
But if he didn't, wouldn't all his past sufferings have been for nothing?
After agonizing over it, his anger overcame his reason.
He gritted his teeth and declared, "No matter what, even if I get beaten to death by my mother when I return, I must teach you a lesson today, or I won't be able to calm the hatred in my heart!"
With that, he rolled up his sleeves and advanced.
"If you turn back now, it's not too late, otherwise you will regret it!" Li William warned softly, narrowing his eyes.
"Turn back? Why should I turn back? If I don't beat you today, I won't be able to breathe easy! As for regrets? We'll see who ends up regretting it!" Ron retorted angrily.
Seeing this, Li William sighed and said, "Alas, I gave you a chance, but you asked for it."
In the next second, two identical figures appeared in front of him, blocking Ron's path.
"George, Fred?"
Ron paused, looking at the twins in front of him with surprise.
It was none other than his brothers, George and Fred.
"Ron, I'm sorry," they said after exchanging glances, with mischievous smiles slowly spreading across their faces as they advanced with clenched fists.
"Wait! What are you going to do? I'm your biological brother!"
Ron instinctively sensed something was amiss and quickly backed away, saying, "Besides, didn't you say before that we would deal with William together? He's the reason you always get in trouble when you go home during the holidays. It's been painful to watch!"
Hearing this, pain flashed across George and Fred's eyes as they cautiously glanced at Li William. After seeing that he had no reaction, they secretly breathed a sigh of relief and immediately sneered, speaking in unison, "Although you're our younger brother, since you want to attack William, don't blame us for being ruthless!"
While they weren't present when Li William had tricked Ron, they had suffered the consequences later.
Their mother, Molly, had also forced them to study, causing the two, who were usually restless, unspeakable suffering.
Though they were no longer tormented at school, they still endured this during the holidays, and naturally, they had long harbored resentment towards Li William.
But because of Molly's protection, they usually had no opportunity to retaliate against Li William.
Simply put, as soon as they realized they couldn't handle Li William under their mother's watchful eye at home, they decided to take their revenge at school.
With that in mind, as soon as Li William boarded the train that day, they took the opportunity to confront him, planning to teach him a lesson.
As for what happened next, their current demeanor said it all.
After Li William had a "cordial and friendly" interaction with them using his Level 3 Inversion Clock, they suddenly saw the error of their ways and decided to change their past, abandoning their mischievous ways to become Li William's loyal followers.
Thus, this scene unfolded.
After announcing their intentions, they approached Ron with sneers.
"No, stop, don't!!!" Panic flashed in Ron's eyes as he retreated.
But it was no use.
"Ha-ha!"
The twins laughed as they had an "intimate" exchange of fists with their brother Ron.
Finally, when Ron crouched on the ground, holding his head and crying bitterly, admitting his past mistakes, the twins stopped, and the farce ended.
And since the upper and lower grades were not in the same carriage, George and Fred left after their interaction with their younger brother.
"I told you, you would regret it!" Li William collapsed on the ground, and Ron, with tears streaming down his face, couldn't help but shake his head and sigh.
Hermione and Harry watched the scene unfold, unsure of what to say.
Afterward, Li William stepped forward, helped Ron up, and said, "Okay, stop crying, get up and sit down."
As he sat down next to Hermione, he greeted Harry for the first time.
"Hello, Harry!" Li William extended his hand enthusiastically to Harry, who was in front of him.
As the series' protagonist, Harry could undoubtedly contribute significantly to the farming value.
There was no reason for Li William not to be enthusiastic.
On the other hand, Harry was not surprised that Li William recognized him at a glance.
Ever since he had entered the magical world, he, who had previously been quite unremarkable, suddenly seemed to be known by everyone. Almost every wizard he encountered could call him by his name.
In this situation, he was not surprised.
However, considering Li William's enthusiasm and what he had heard from Hermione and Ron, Harry's body couldn't help but tremble slightly.
This person in front of him didn't seem like a good person.
But after a moment's thought, he still extended his hand, shook Li William's hand, and said, "Hello!"
