Aurora stepped into the crisp morning air, escaping her troubled home. The gentle breeze calmed her skin as she walked to the bus stop. Thoughts of her father's anger lingered in her mind, she realize the fact that her father has change a lot from the time he lost his sister.

Lost in reflection, Aurora arrived at the bus stop. She boarded the bus, finding solace in its anonymity. As a writer, she valued independence, wary of entanglements. Her upbringing had taught her men often brought pain.

Aurora observed fellow passengers, fueling her writing insights. At her stop, she exited, walking to her workplace.

At work, colleagues bustled about. Aurora settled at her desk, seeking solitude. Then, Alex, her best friend, appeared.

"Morning, Aurora!" Alex said, flashing a bright smile.

Aurora welcomed the distraction, she replied. " Good morning Alex Just trying to write some inspiration down."

Alex leaned in. "I heard about a new literary magazine. They want submissions. Your stories would shine."

Aurora's heart skipped a beat. "Really?"

Just then, Emily, their mutual friend, joined them. "Hey, guys! What's buzzing?"

Alex filled Emily in on the magazine. Emily's eyes sparkled. "Aurora, you must submit! Your writing deserves recognition."

The trio chatted, laughter and ideas flowing freely. For a moment, Aurora forgot her troubles.

Alex and Emily are the only friends that Aurora has ever had, they were childhood friend, three of them has the same dream of becoming a writer

*A Writing Retreat Beckons*

Alex mentioned a local writing retreat. "Imagine writing amidst nature with fellow authors. Magic happens."

Aurora envisioned escape and inspiration. "That sounds amazing."

Emily nodded vigorously. "We'll support you, Aurora."

As they worked, Alex and Emily's banter lifted Aurora's spirits. Their friendship, forged over shared laughter and tears, strengthened her resolve.

*Evening's Uncertainty*

The workday ended. Aurora packed her belongings, heart lighter. The bus ride home brought contemplation. Would her father's temper flare tonight?
