Irina blushed and pushed Hermione away. "Hey, Hermione, you're just messing around."
With that, Irina stood up and planned to walk toward the girls' dormitory.
"Don't go yet, we still need to talk," Hermione called out.
Irina turned around, confused. "Is there something else?"
"I think you know what I mean." Hermione stood up and grabbed Irina's hand. The two girls walked together toward the dormitory while chatting.
On the way, Hermione looked at Irina with a sly smile and said, "Irina, Irina, you need to make your relationship with Senior Lynn clear today! Come on, are you two together?"
Irina's eyes widened in disbelief. "What? Who is slandering me today? Hermione, you're trying to slander me, right? You're accusing me, you're accusing me!"
The two of them arrived back at the dormitory. They were alone, and Hermione quickly closed the door behind them.
Hermione didn't speak, but looked at Irina with a strange smile.
"Huh? What are you up to? Come on, say it already!"
Irina felt that even if she jumped into the Yellow River, she wouldn't be able to clear herself. She shook Hermione with all her might.
When she saw that Hermione was still smiling, Irina grew anxious. She threw Hermione onto the bed and started to tease her. "Girl, why aren't you talking? If you don't speak, you won't live to see the next day! Come on!"
As Irina started to move her hands, Hermione began to resist, but how could she compete with Irina?
Irina pinned Hermione to the bed, her hands relentlessly tickling Hermione's armpits.
A burst of laughter like silver bells echoed through the girls' dormitory, but why did it feel increasingly miserable?
Only when Hermione's throat became dry did Irina let her go.
"Hey, look how you dare to slander me!" Irina said proudly.
Hermione gasped for air and looked at Irina. "Do you really have nothing to do with Senior Lynn?"
Irina was a little helpless and said, "We haven't decided yet. We're just friends. I remember explaining this to you last time!"
Hermione sat up and muttered, "Who told you to go on dates every day recently? Who wouldn't suspect it?"
At this, Irina froze. "Is it that obvious?"
Hermione spread her hands. "Of course! You go out together every day and always head to the same place. Even Harry knows where you're going."
Last year, Harry had gone to the underground classroom several days in a row to look at the Mirror of Erised. After seeing Irina's routine recently, he naturally figured out where she was heading.
"Dammit, now the misunderstanding is huge! I won't go there next time, ugh..." Irina covered her face.
She never expected such a casual meeting with a reincarnator to turn into a scandal.
This time, it was Hermione's turn to console her. She gently stroked Irina's back and smiled. "Don't worry, not many people care. After all, we're only in second year! In fact, only a few people in our dorm know, and Harry and Ron know too."
…
Time flew by, and soon the day of the Quidditch match arrived.
At the breakfast banquet, Lynn and Irina saw Colin enter the auditorium wearing the alchemical glasses as promised, which relieved them.
At that moment, Harry, who was about to participate in the match, approached nervously. Although he wasn't as nervous as last year and could eat, Irina and the others could still clearly sense Harry's anxiety.
As eleven o'clock approached, all the professors and students of Hogwarts made their way to the Quidditch pitch.
At Gryffindor's camp, Colin's classmates saw the alchemical glasses he was wearing and asked him curiously, but Colin simply shook his head and didn't respond.
At that moment, Irina seemed to have thought of something and called out to Harry, who was about to go onto the field. "By the way, Harry, could you give me ten autographed photos of yourself?"
Harry looked confused. "What do you want them for?"
Irina clasped her hands together and said flatteringly, "I promised Colin earlier, so... please, please!"
Harry's eyes widened. "Irina, are you selling me out?!"
Irina smiled sheepishly. "I asked Colin to do me a favor earlier..."
Harry sighed helplessly. "Alright, alright, tell Colin to give me the photos when the time comes."
Although Harry seemed reluctant, he still agreed to help Irina.
With that, Harry went off to join the others.
Soon, the two teams took to the Quidditch field and the game officially began.
The match was very close, and the weather was not favorable. It rained heavily.
The rain splashed on Harry's glasses, making it nearly impossible for him to see what was going on.
And disasters never come alone; a Bludger kept attacking Harry relentlessly.
Even when Fred and George hit the Bludger, it didn't even glance at the other players. Instead, it kept targeting Harry, as though it wasn't going to stop until it hurt him. Harry seemed determined to not give up.
"Someone's tampered with this Bludger!" Fred muttered. Having studied alchemy, he could naturally tell something was off with the Bludger.
George said, "We need a timeout!"
George signaled to Wood, trying to push the Bludger away to prevent it from breaking Harry's nose.
Wood caught the signal, and soon Madam Hooch blew her whistle to call for a timeout.
"What's going on?" Wood asked the two of them.
At that moment, the members of the Gryffindor Quidditch team had gathered, and the Slytherin team members in the crowd were laughing.
Wood asked, "We were defeated. Fred, George, where were you when that Bludger stopped Angelina from scoring?"
"We were six meters above her, trying to stop another Bludger from killing Harry, Wood," George said angrily. "Someone's messed with that Bludger and didn't stop targeting Harry throughout the whole game. It didn't target anyone else. Slytherin must have done something to it!"
"But the Bludgers have been locked up in Madam Hooch's office since our last practice. They were fine then..." Wood said anxiously.
At that moment, Madam Hooch walked toward them. Harry glanced over his shoulder and saw the members of the Slytherin Quidditch team mocking and pointing at him.
"Listen," Harry said to the others, "You two have been flying around me the whole time. I have no chance of catching the Golden Snitch unless it flies into my sleeve on its own! You should go back. Let me handle the out-of-control Bludger."
