Chapter 3 - Fate of the world

" Don't worry, I made sure you get the best possible combination of lineages among my creations with a suitable plot armor without your existence causing the premature end of the world."

"..."

"I gift you with my wisdom, young man. The fate of the world now rests in your hands. I hope you will be able to protect my creation, and perhaps unseal me in time."

As she spoke of unsealing, she chuckled and her voice, which had become more feminine, faded into silence.

As my vision blurred, I reappeared in my room. A flood of conflicting emotions and unanswered questions overwhelmed me as I sat on the bed, lost in thought.

"On one hand, I'm excited about living in this fascinating ninja world. Even though the future will be crazy with all these Otsutsuki popping up. Deprived of my own choices all my life, there was only one thing I wanted. To explore this vast ninja world without restrictions, feel the thrill of adventure with every mission, taste the culinary delights of each hidden village, and, of course, hehe... I couldn't deny the allure of some of the most beautiful kunoichi I had known through the screen. The buxom Tsunade with her generous curves, or the gentle Hinata, or maybe the lovely blonde, Ino, not to forget the tsundere Temari. All my fantasies turned into tangible possibilities. In the end, I just have to be more careful than the original Naruto."

*Argh*

An electric current shot through my head and I felt my brain contracting wildly. My vision blurred as I passed out.

...

Waking up on the floor, I was no longer the same. Not only did I have all the memories of this body, but also knowledge, a multitude to be precise, overlapping in my mind. It was surely his divine wisdom. With all this knowledge, becoming a kind of Orochimaru or Amado was not a fantasy because not only did I have the knowledge, but also a different way of thinking.

Sitting on the bed, I thought and analyzed at a hundred miles an hour, the most appropriate method to reach this level of power. Even I was shocked by my new versatile ability.

"I wonder why I reincarnated as a Nara? Being an Uchiha would be much more tempting but thinking about it, it couldn't be better."

"I was an orphan, in the Nara clan. Which doesn't attract too much attention from undesirables like Danzo. The Naras are born very intelligent with a high IQ so giving me all this knowledge wouldn't drive me crazy, then no one can compare to the Nara in Yin release."

"The problem is their lack of chakra..."

I clenched my hands and instinctively felt my chakra concentrating in my fist.

"It seems I don't have that problem... Strange, there seem to be mysteries about my origins." I thought, touching my blond hair which logically shouldn't be the case.

"Anyway, no matter if I want to fully enjoy my new life, I must become more powerful but... That won't be enough. The Shinobi world itself must be more powerful and unified."

"The crap I have to do to survive." I thought with a sigh as a slight smile spread across my face.

"Still, that doesn't stop me from having a little fun."

*Knock-knock*

Knocking on the door pulled me out of my thoughts.

"I'm coming."

...

POV: Shikai

I opened the door.

"Shikai, get ready quickly. The patriarch wants to see you."

"Yeah."

I nodded.

My status was not very high in the clan. Since my father was just a simple average Chunin and my mother unknown. Even a servant looked down on me, not even using an honorific title.

In the end, I didn't care. Not more than a decade later, these people would be licking my boots.

My room had a basic bathroom, after freshening up and putting on clean casual clothes. The insolent servant accompanied me along the corridor.

The Nara estate was a haven of peace and beauty, with its lush gardens stretching as far as the eye could see. The traditional houses, scattered here and there, added a touch of harmony to the whole. I was so amazed by the view that I couldn't help but smile as I gazed at this idyllic landscape.

"This is indeed reality."

End of POV

The servant, who accompanied him with a condescending air, did not seem to appreciate his attitude. She guided him through the manor's corridors, her steps light on the polished parquet. At every turn, Shikai discovered new wonders: delicate sculptures, ancient tapestries, and vases filled with freshly cut flowers.

Finally, they arrived in the main hall, where the patriarch, a middle-aged man with an imposing stature, lazily played a game of shogi with Shikaku, his eldest son. The patriarch, respectfully called "Master Nara," looked up from his game and fixed Shikai with a piercing gaze.

"Shikai, my son, I present to you Shikaku, he was absent until now but he is back, later he will take the reins of our clan."

"My respects to the next clan leader," Shikai said respectfully, without unnecessary movements or expressions.

Shikaku, a young man with fine features and intelligent, tired eyes, at that time, he didn't have his scars yet. He greeted Shikai with a nod. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Shikai."

From his gaze, it was as if he was confirming his suspicions.

"These people will be useful in the future with his son yet to be born. I won't have to focus on strategy."

"Well, little one, I think it's time you learned some things about your family and your heritage."

Master Nara continued: "There is someone who wishes to speak to you, Shikai. She is connected to your mother, and she has important information to impart to you. I'll let you discover her in the next room, she's already waiting for you."

Intrigued, Shikai headed towards the audience room. Who could this person be? And what did she know about his mother, whose identity he had never known?

Upon entering the room, he was surprised to see a woman sitting there, with a proud and determined look. She was dressed casually with a cape over her as if she were passing through. Her blonde hair was tied in a long braid, her hazel eyes staring intensely.
