Chapter 10 - DOOR TO THE UNDERWORLD

As Asha marvelled at his enhanced physique, the System divulged the source of his newfound power: a trait known as [BLESSING OF CRONOS], which bestowed upon him rapid learning and unparalleled adaptability. The implications of this blessing were staggering. With his capabilities heightened to an astonishing degree, Asha had become a force to be reckoned with, far surpassing the strength of even the most formidable vehicles.

"Good luck catching me, Truck-kun," he chuckled, a twisted grin on his face. Indeed, even a speeding truck would have difficulty fazing him now.

However, amidst his revelry, a message from the System caught his attention, a message that spoke of the underworld, of death, and of consequences, the message from the System echoed through his mind:

[YOU HAVE GAINED 1 DEATH COUNT]

[YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE UNDERWORLD FOR AT LEAST 1 DAY]

[THE TIME LIMIT IS 30 DAYS]

[IF YOU DONT GO TO THE UNDERWORLD IN 30 DAYS ]

[YOU WILL BE FORCEFULLY TELEPORTED THERE]

As Asha surveyed the system domains, his mind alight with intrigue, his thoughts turned to his own potential fate. He knew that the underworld was not a place to be trifled with, yet he held no fear for his own soul, confident in the sway of his demigod blood and the power that now coursed through his veins.

The underworld ,home to 4 domains

The first domain is [Judgement], where souls wait for the gods' judgement. The line, eternal and unyielding, is a purgatory of sorts, with the poor trapped within its endless coils. However, the gods' blood runs thick in demigods, their gold-tinged blood a symbol of divinity, allowing them to bypass this monotonous process.

The second domain, [Eden], is a paradise for those the gods deem worthy. Here, all needs and desires are fulfilled, a world of abundance and happiness for the kind-hearted.

On the opposite end of the spectrum lies [Hell] the third domain, the domain for the damned. Here, the cruel and wicked are doomed to an eternity of labor and toil, forced to work day and night for sustenance.

The final domain, [Tartarus], is a place of pure torment, where souls who have offended the gods suffer unceasingly. the domain of torment, is the deepest pit of the underworld, a place of unending agony and despair. Those who enter its gates are deemed enemies of the gods, condemned to eternal suffering for their transgressions.

Its physical manifestation is a labyrinth of pits and corridors, each designed to inflict a unique form of torture upon its inhabitants. Fires burn eternally, scalding the flesh of sinners. Ice fields chill the bones of those who have angered the gods. And through it all, the wails of the damned echo, a testament to the unyielding fury of the divine.

As Asha thought of the gods' domains, he held no fear for his own soul, confident in the sway of his demigod blood and the power that now coursed through his veins.

"Open," he whispered, his right hand pointing to the floor, the ground beneath him responding in kind, lifting with a quiet rumble. As the earth parted, the very atoms that made up the ground around him began to obey his will, the stones levitating in a dance of cosmic obedience. They twisted and turned in perfect synchrony, guided by Asha's unspoken desires, their edges smoothing into perfect arcs and corners.

In a matter of seconds, the floating stones assembled, creating a perfect stone door, its surface cold and smooth, its edges sharp and imposing. It was a testament to Asha's newfound powers, a preview of the god-like potential that lay dormant within him.

Asha stepped forward into the unknown, his actions brave yet tentative. The massive door of stone, a gateway to the underworld, opened with a thunderous, ominous rumble. It revealed not a passage, but an abyss of utter darkness, a frozen void that seemed to reach into the very heart of existence. Asha hesitated, a spark of fear flaring within him, but quickly masked his unease with a composed facade.

He extended his hand, tracing his fingers along the cold stone frame, marveling at the craftsmanship that created such a portal.

As Asha's footfalls echoed in the silence, the gate to Tartarus responded with equal measure, each step drawing the monolithic structure closer to its original position. The ethereal frost that emanated from the portal seemed to mock his presence, but Asha did not falter.

And then, as he crossed the threshold into the underworld, the doors obeyed an unseen command. With a bone-chilling grind, they sealed the void behind him, sealing Asha within. The room, once the scene of his miraculous awakening, was now as it had been before, no trace of his departure remaining.
