James i.e. me just completed my novel well a mega one though and will publish it tomorrow. So, after 15 straight hours of sitting, I decided to take a walk but just as I stepped out 'buzz' sparks of electric wiring happened on the ground. "Oops!" I forgot to replace the broken wires. But unconsciously I stepped on them and 'boom' I died. So, I died just like that without even letting the world know about it.
'Aww' 'Awwww' cryingly I open my eyes. To find myself in a completely different environment it was a middle European architecture. Just as I was exploring the room a woman came and wished the lady beside me
"Congratulations, Lady Voss, a healthy and strong boy is born." The lady looked at me smiled and put me in embrace.
"Oh, so cute is my baby, well you have eyes similar to your grandma Selene. Alex would be coming soon as well and Grandpa Maxwell would arrive very soon. Excited to see them ." said my mom. ' Hee, hee' I giggled.
It was at this moment I realized that I had transmigrated as the villain. But thanks to this fact that I have been born and not just transmigrated which according to me just sucks and would as well find it difficult so I might as well just enjoy myself till the protagonist comes to the city.
My mother then put me into the cradle but just as I was going to sleep. 'Squeak' the door opened and tall, a bit athletic, and with a ferocious aura lingering around him entered, just as I thought my father entered, '' my grandfather punched my father on his head.
"Father what now."
"You are scaring my grandson put away your beastly aura, haven't you learned to wash your aura off when entering the home and let me greet my grandson." Then Grandfather strides towards me and picks me up.
" He has your sapphire-like eyes just like his grandma, and hair like you Sophia."
"Yes, father" replied my mother.
"Father what would be his name then" interrupted my father.
"Lucian which means light, shall tear the darkness with his ability and bring the era of prosperity. Lucian Voss."
Just as I thought, this name confirms my role as a villain. Well, I would just enjoy myself before he could do anything.
Well, the story of the story is similar to those of many novels, where our protagonist's family gets destroyed, well just some background settings to be added, there were 4 superfamilies in the capital along with the Royal family they were the Voss Family, Kael family, Plex family, Stride family, Solaris Family (the Royal Family). But because of the growing influence of the Kael family which was the weapon smithing family the royal family felt threatened and thus along with the other two families excluding ours conspired and dealt with them, the Zane family under the Kael family betrayed them and thus the conspiracy was completed and thus they were credited the most by the royal family and thus they join the ranks of the superfamilies.
The families had a delicate balance because each of them was dependent on the other when fighting the terrestrials of outer space.
The Voss family was leading in the innovation sector with potions, evolutionary material studies, and all that.
The Kael family developed weapons from them, the Plex family was in the transportation and construction businesses, and the Stride family was a Commerce family which had shops throughout the world. The Royal family acted as the referee on the surface between the four families but were the ones who were first in line while putting oil in their disputes.
Since the story has a bit of background then we can proceed, but wait you don't know how these families came into existence so I will tell you.
Some 500 years prior a huge vortex came into existence because of which their Xeno planet's spiritual power revied and beasts mutated. They could spit fire, freeze the ground, and control elemental powers, some even reached a behemoth size and they started creating havoc. They destroyed the cities and the population shrank to half a billion.
Soon, a miracle happened and people got talents and could create beast spaces and then make these ferocious animals their pets and fight alongside them to defeat other creatures, we were able to stabilize with five people leading and these were the ones who started the superfamilies. These families created the 5 super cities with each family as the city lord as their family. They started building subsidiary families who had first-tier families, which in turn had second-tier families and this sequence continued till fifth-tier families.
Soon people adapted to these and various things started getting identified and clear levels and evolution paths were discovered. The talents are awakened during extreme emotions but they can also be done using an awakening stone( which is rare and currently there are only five controlled by the 5 superfamilies), the awakening ceremony is then set default at the age of 15 years.
After awakening the talent, they would open their beast space which generally corresponded to their talent rank (but one can also have its rank greater but with great perseverance {not known to the public} it was just 100% to awaken as same rank, 10 % chance of one rank higher, 1% chance of two ranks higher, 0.1% chance of three ranks higher, 0.01% chance of four ranks higher, 0.001% chance of the of five ranks higher).

Well, the ranks of the talents are F, E, D, C, B, A, S, SS, SSS, X (though the last three never awakened or not found till now). Their corresponding beast space ranks are as follows.
F= Common rank beast space E= Uncommon rank beast space D= Rare rank beast space C= Very Rare rank beast space B= Epic rank beast space A= Legendary rank beast space S= Divine rank beast space SS= God rank beast space SSS= Immortal rank beast space X= Transcendent rank beast space
