Chereads / Henrik Legacies / Chapter 12 - Chapter 12

Chapter 12 - Chapter 12

I ended up altering quite a bit of what I initially planned for the following plot. When I reviewed what I wrote in the original synopsis for this story, I realized it was more smut for degenerates than a serious plot. So, I said fuck it and made some significant changes. As the universe expands, so does the harem, even if it becomes complicated to do smut scenes with so many girls later on.

After this chapter, the next one will feature some Animal Planet moments with two wolf girls. There's some plot in the chapter as well, but you know what to expect. The chapter after that focuses on his shift and Klaus moment, with even more Animal Planet content than the previous one, starring a full wolf. The mountain adventure ends, and we have a little bit of Caroline's moment, followed by the Chicago chapter.

So, if you want to skip ahead to avoid this content, do so during Chapters 13 and 14, and wait for Chapter 15 for more family-friendly content.

If you choose to drop this fic, there's no need to announce your departure—this isn't an airport, for fuck's sake. And don't bother leaving your little rant of a review; it'll just disappear into the void. Anyway, take care, traveler. Until our paths cross again.

---------------------

Henrik scanned the camp, his gaze lingering on each wolf present, until his eyes settled on a particular girl among them. A peculiar expression crossed his face as his wolf side stirred within him, pulling him irresistibly toward her.

Stopping beside her, he studied her intently, taking in her appearance from head to toe. The woman stood there nervously, aware of his scrutiny. Fear was evident in her posture, yet she tried to maintain her composure. Despite her apprehension, she seemed unbothered by the intensity of his gaze. The longer Henrik looked at her, the stronger the call became, urging him to claim her.

"Forgive me, girl. Excuse my rudeness." Henrik said suddenly, coming back to his senses and breaking the silence. His voice was calm, but there was an unusual warmth in his tone as she looked so much like an actress he liked and his wolf desired her. "I didn't mean to stare. You remind me so much of someone—a girl named Alicia. I was completely struck by your resemblance. You're truly beautiful."

"It's alright…" the girl replied shyly, her nervousness evident. Though his words flustered her, she couldn't ignore the magnetism in his presence. "My name is Alicia, too."

"Really?" Henrik's eyes widened with surprise and wonder. He was both amused and delighted by the coincidence, pleased to get himself an Alicia that looked exactly like Alicia in FTWD as his hybrid, and by her looks, she was in her late teens. His wolf stirred restlessly, urging him to act. "Alicia, my name is Henrik. Would you like to become my hybrid?"

"I…" Alicia hesitated, her voice faltering. The truth was, she didn't want to become a hybrid. She cherished her identity as a wolf and feared what this change might bring. But she also understood her predicament. Refusal wasn't an option. If she denied Henrik, the other, Klaus, would likely force the transformation upon her—and between the two, she preferred the younger, composed, and undeniably hot and handsome young man before her. Her wolf side seemed to agree, tugging at her instincts and urging her to submit since a while when he first rested upon her his sight. With a resigned sigh, she answered, "I do, Henrik."

Henrik's expression softened as he saw the reluctance in her eyes. "I understand your hesitation, Alicia," he said gently. "Becoming a hybrid doesn't have to be something dreadful or a curse. It's only that if you let it be. Think of the benefits: you'll ascend the supernatural hierarchy, becoming stronger and more resilient. You'll gain the ability to shift at will, and the full moon will no longer be a torment or bind you in any way as you will be immune to his effects but still retain at all times the power in your human form as if you were transformed in a wolf, and you'll be free to walk under the sun without fear as you do now, as the sun will have no power over you. Your life won't have to change drastically. You'll just need blood to sustain yourself, but diminished compared to a normal vampire due to your werewolf side—but don't worry. I'll provide you with mine, so you won't have to hunt or seek it elsewhere. My blood isn't something I offer to just anyone."

Alicia's tense shoulders relaxed as she listened to his soothing voice and considered his words. There was something comforting about him, something that made her wolf feel at ease and attracted to him. She found herself drawn to him—not just as a wolf but as a woman. Her doubts melted away, replaced with a quiet certainty about becoming his hybrid.

"Make me one," Alicia whispered, her gaze locking with his, sure of her choice.

Henrik smiled softly, his voice tender as he replied, "Alright." He revealed his true face, biting into his wrist before offering it to her.

Alicia didn't flinch at his transformation. Instead, her curiosity deepened as she considered the creature she would soon become. Without hesitation, she reached out, taking his wrist gently in her hands. She brought it to her lips, her mouth latching onto the wound.

Her little tongue flicked over the bite, savoring the taste of his blood. A loud and inhibited moan escaped her lips as a wave of ecstasy coursed through her body, making her tremble in joy. The flavor was exquisite, unlike anything she'd ever experienced. Trembling with pleasure and her pussy starting to rapidly get wet, she began to drink more eagerly, indulging in the sensation. She lapped up every drop, her body craving more with every passing moment, until she was lost in the overwhelming delight and pleasure coursing within her, experiencing an orgasm in the process, not caring about anything or anyone, moaning loudly as her pussy juices dripped, wetting her panties.

Henrik gave a wry smile as he observed her reaction, unsurprised by it—it was something he had anticipated, much like Caroline's experience. Slightly distressed by what he would need to do to her after, he remained still, patiently waiting for her to release his wrist on her own. When the wound finally closed, she gently licked the area clean, ensuring nothing was left behind, and withdrew her lips. Before letting go, she placed a soft kiss on the spot. As she licked her lips, she gazed up at him, her eyes reflecting a deep sense of adoration and growing obsession.

"Alicia, I... I need to, you know," Henrik said hesitantly, a distressed look on his face as he gazed at her. He hated the thought of having to kill such a beautiful girl to continue the process of making her a hybrid. But after a moment of inner conflict, he steeled his resolve. "I need to kill you now."

"I know... Just make it quick, please," Alicia replied, offering him a sweet, reassuring smile as she braced herself for what was to come.

"I will," Henrik promised softly, a peaceful smile crossing his face. Gently, he cupped her face in his hands and kissed her forehead tenderly. Before she even realized what was happening, he snapped her neck, ensuring it was swift and painless.

Henrik cradled Alicia in his arms, holding her close as though she were a delicate princess.

Klaus approached with an amused smirk, his voice dripping with sarcasm. "Well, isn't this a picture-perfect moment? Took your sweet time, didn't you? Romantic. Poetic. Dare I say, worthy of a tragic love ballad."

Henrik shot his father an unimpressed look, but Klaus wasn't finished. "Someone back home might have a thing or two to say about that, don't you think?" Klaus added mischievously, clearly alluding to Henrik's mention of a girlfriend.

Henrik rolled his eyes, unwilling to engage in his father's taunts. "Beautiful things take time to flourish, don't they? Besides, my girl will understand. I wasn't exactly designed to be tied down to just one woman."

Klaus chuckled darkly, his amusement only growing. "Oh, truly marvelous. Well, best of luck explaining that one. Now," he clapped his hands together, his tone shifting to something sharper. "Now then, where were we?"

Klaus turned his attention back to the pack, his gaze predatory as he moved toward the remaining wolves. His intent to forcefully feed them was clear, but Henrik quickly stepped in, already knowing what would happen to these wolves if he did that. There was only one end for them with everyone being dead.

"Wait," Henrik called, stopping Klaus in his tracks.

Klaus halted, turning with a raised brow. "What's the matter?"

Henrik gestured toward Ray with a slight tilt of his head. "You might want to take a closer look at your golden boy. He doesn't look so well."

Klaus followed Henrik's gaze to Ray, who was trembling violently. "Ah, he's in transition," Klaus said dismissively as he crouched beside Ray. "He should feel better soon."

"Are you sure? Because to me it doesn't seem to be an effect of the transition." Henrik said sarcastically, rolling his eyes while he sat on the flat stone with Alicia in his arms. "Look at him better."

After a while with no sign of Ray getting better, Klaus started getting serious and not as easy as before.

"You're right. Something's wrong with him." Klaus said after grabbing his head and observing blood seeping from his eyes and ears.

"Yeah, that shouldn't be happening." Henrik nodded, confirming him.

"Indeed," Klaus muttered, removing his hands from his hold on Ray, thinking what was the problem.

The other wolves who are still alive thanks to Henrik's interruption were pretty terrified seeing Ray bleeding out from his eyes and ears while they were around the two.

"You said it was gonna feel better. Why doesn't it feel better?" Ray asked while stuttering to Klaus while shaking and bleeding out, his body was feeling awful and he didn't know what was the problem about it.

"Quiet, let me think," Klaus snapped, visibly frustrated as Ray stammered fearful.

Before Klaus could reach a conclusion, another wolf stirred—the woman who had just begun her transition. Klaus turned his attention to her. "Derek, get over here. Feed your girlfriend," he ordered the compelled human, observing everything happening to her, to see if she would be like Ray.

Derek obediently moved toward the woman, but Ray suddenly growled showing his fangs, and attempted to escape amidst the exclamation of everyone present. Henrik, anticipating this, gently laid Alicia down on the rock and intercepted Ray, slamming him to the ground, and knocking him off. Already having the premonition that Klaus would send him to look for him. Not wanting to run around he simply stopped him before he moved.

"Well done," Klaus remarked with a smirk.

"Figured you'd send me after him anyway. Saved myself the trouble." Henrik shrugged nonchalantly, picking Alicia back up into his arms. "Don't feel like running around for him."

"Efficient. I like it," Klaus said with a hint of approval.

"Yeah, but you still have a problem on your hands. Ray isn't getting better at all; if anything, he's getting worse." Henrik enjoyed pissing him off, giving him one back for being sarcastic.

"I can see that," Klaus said, a little annoyed about it. His expression darkened as he glanced back at Ray, not knowing what the problem was. Then he saw that the woman had finished feeding from the human. "We'll see how she does compared to Ray. You will do it better, right, Love?"

The woman looked at him with dead eyes, not bothering to answer him before she settled her sight on Alicia in Henrik's arms. She quickly moves beside him.

"Alicia! Alicia! The woman exclaimed in distress.

"What did you do to her!" the woman raged while looking at Henrik who had her in his arms.

"Oh? Why do you care so much about her?" Henrik asked, raising an eyebrow at her outburst and concern for the girl. Looking at this woman more closely now, she was hot. A black-haired hot girl, she looked like an actress too, but he didn't remember her name.

"She is my little sister." The woman said, rage trembling in her voice as she glared at him. After a moment, she started quivering, her body reacting to the transition.

"I fed her my blood, she will become a hybrid," Henrik said to her, his voice slightly softer now that he knew she was Alicia's sister. He felt a pull to claim her too, now that he saw her in more detail and realized how hot she was. "What's your name, woman?"

"Alicia..." The woman despaired, she could feel her body wasn't feeling right. She sat beside them on the ground, leaning her back against the flat rock. Struggling, she looked at Henrik. "Megan, my name is Megan."

"She'll survive this. Trust me." Henrik reassured her. "And you will too, Megan."

"Now we wait," Klaus said, seeing that the little drama between the woman and Henrik had concluded.

"I don't think so, she looks the same as Ray. Look how she is quivering like he did." Henrik said to him while pointing to the woman. "And it's nighttime already."

"Give it time," Klaus replied dismissively, though his growing frustration was evident. "She'll stabilize. I have high hopes for her."

But time proved Henrik right. Ray woke up at some point and kept shaking like a leaf and feeling the same all the time. The woman also started bleeding out. Both Ray and the woman's condition still kept deteriorating.

"Bloody hell," Klaus muttered under his breath, his temper flaring, already knowing there was a problem with his experiment of turning these wolves into hybrids.

"I did everything I was told! I should be able to turn them," Klaus raged, pacing furiously as he spat his words to no one in particular. Finally, he fixed his gaze on Henrik and continued, "I broke the curse. I killed a werewolf. I killed a vampire. I killed the doppelgänger.

The wolves recoiled at his outburst, clearly fearing Klaus's wrath of becoming his next punching bag or worse being killed by Klaus to release his anger or still try to keep transforming them into hybrids.

"This shouldn't be happening. What's the problem?" Klaus muttered with exhaustion and disappointment.

"Well, you might want to start with the obvious," Henrik said as he looked at his father's disappointed and confused face, shedding some light on his dark path. "There is a problem with their transition, I mean they come back after dying, so they are in the process, just that they are mid-way into it. The human blood should make them complete the process but obviously, it doesn't, instead they start feeling like they are now. That much is clear, maybe they don't need simple human blood for their transition to be completed like a mere vampire, after all, they are hybrids."

"So, the blood of this human isn't helping at all, that's what you are saying?" Klaus asked after a moment of silence. "And you're just now sharing this wisdom?"

Henrik shrugged, unbothered by his father's anger. "I wasn't exactly consulted on this little experiment. But yeah, the blood's not doing the trick. It's as simple as that."

With a frustrated growl, Klaus turned and killed the human. "Bad news, my friend. End of the road for you," he muttered coldly. He still felt that Henrik knew more than what he was just saying, frustrated that he couldn't get to think what could it be.

"Careful, love. There's only one Alpha here." Klaus warned the woman who looked at him wrongly. Then he warned the rest of the wolves with his look.

"Now, tell me what could be a solution to my predicament." Klaus inquired to Henrik.

"Why don't you try feeding them your blood again?" Henrik suggested to him.

Klaus sighed but heeded the words of Henrik as he moved beside the woman intending to feed her first before going to feed Ray. At the same time, Alicia on Henrik's arms woke up with a deep breath as she was disoriented about what was happening around her.

"Easy, Alicia." Henrik soothed her gently as he caressed her cheek. "You're back. Just take it slow."

"I... I feel strange," Alicia murmured with confusion and unease. "Something is happening with my body."

"Don't worry, It's just the transition, awaiting to be completed," Henrik assured her softly.

Klaus, overhearing, smirked darkly. "Let's hope she fares better than the others. Wouldn't want your pet project to end up like Ray or this one." His sarcasm was cutting as he crouched to give the woman his blood. Trying to take pleasure if the same happens to the hybrid that Henrik was trying to change like happens with his.

Henrik rolled his eyes and ignored his father's jab. "Don't listen to him. He's just frustrated." He bit into his wrist and held it to Alicia's lips. "Drink, love. You'll feel better soon, I promise."

Alicia hesitated for only a moment before accepting, her lips closing around his wrist. As she drank, Klaus watched intently, the tension in the air thick as they waited to see if she would have the same problems as Ray and the woman. Meanwhile, Henrik was eyeing Megan, awaiting the moment his father's blood failed to help her at all so he could take her for himself.
