Akuma woke up the next morning feeling more refreshed than she had in days. She couldn't stop thinking about Zela and their dinner conversation the night before.
As she went about her daily routine, Akuma couldn't shake off the feeling that her life was about to change in ways she couldn't even imagine. She had always been a skeptic when it came to fate and destiny, but there was something about Zela that made her feel like their meeting was more than just a coincidence.
Akuma spent the rest of the day running errands and doing chores for the villagers. She was surprised to find that she actually enjoyed the physical labor and the sense of satisfaction that came with completing her tasks.
As the sun began to set, Akuma made her way back to her small hut on the outskirts of the village. She was exhausted but content, feeling like she had finally found a sense of purpose in this new world.
Just as she was about to drift off to sleep, Akuma heard a knock at the door. She got up to answer it, expecting it to be one of the villagers with a request or a question.
But to her surprise, it was Zela standing on her doorstep, looking stunning in a flowing white gown.
"Akuma, I hope I'm not disturbing you," Zela said, her eyes sparkling with amusement. "I was wondering if you'd like to join me for a walk in the gardens tomorrow morning."
Akuma's heart skipped a beat as she met Zela's gaze. She couldn't believe that the wealthy and beautiful Zela was actually interested in spending time with her.
"I'd love to," Akuma said finally, trying to sound casual despite the butterflies in her stomach.
Zela smiled, her eyes crinkling at the corners. "Wonderful. I'll meet you at the garden gate at sunrise."
And with that, Zela turned and disappeared into the night, leaving Akuma feeling breathless and bewildered.
What just happened?
Akuma couldn't shake off the feeling that her life was about to change in ways she couldn't even imagine.
And she couldn't wait to find out what the future held for her and Zela.
