Caspian leaned closer to Jovana as if he were kissing her cheek for goodbye. "Go with your brother now. I have some matters to attend to, but wait for me at home. I'll meet you tonight."
Jovana nodded in acknowledgment and moved away from him. As they walked away from the palace, Elijah and Xena gave her an impatient look. Jovana sighed as she said, "I'll tell you about everything later, but I think we're done here for today, and we can leave the delightful hospitality of our king."
