It was an annual event—most definitely the biggest one that took place in the Akashic Magus Academy every year, and this was for one simple reason.
It involved the participation of other Academies.
The Empire had four Academies in total, representing the four cardinal points. The Akashic Magus Academy was positioned in the south and was still regarded by all as the best of the four Academies.
The prime reason for this—other than their output of fine Mages, and the reputation they had garnered over the years—was the Academy Exchange.
"This event will feature the participation of students from all our rival Academies, which means our students… our entire Academy needs to be in prime condition to take on this challenge."
Beatrice spoke with concern written all over her face.
