As the Aurelian spacecraft soared through the vast expanse of space, Xander and George sat in tense silence, contemplating the gravity of the situation they found themselves in. The revelation about the true nature of the system fused with Xander had left them both unsettled, but they knew they had to act quickly.
Kirk approached them, his expression serious. "Xander, George, we need to work quickly to sever the connection between you and the Luces' system."
Xander nodded, his gaze unwavering. "What do we need to do?"
Kirk gestured to the holographic display in the center of the room. "This device will allow us to scan the system within you and map out the connection. Once we understand the specifics, we can attempt to disconnect you without triggering a response from the Luces."
George retrieved the spherical device and placed it on the holographic table. The display flickered to life, revealing a complex network of data and information.
"The connection is quite deep," Kirk said grimly, his eyes scanning the intricate diagrams. "The system has been engraved seamlessly with your own biology, Xander. Disrupting it could be dangerous."
Xander felt a chill run down his spine. "So what are the risks?"
"If we're not careful, severing the connection could potentially cause severe harm, or even death," Kirk admitted. "The system is essentially a part of you now, and we need to be extremely delicate in our approach."
George placed a reassuring hand on Xander's shoulder. "We've come this far, Xander. We can't turn back now. We have to try."
Xander took a deep breath, his resolve hardening. "Alright, let's do it. What's the plan?"
Kirk nodded, his expression grim but determined. "We'll need to work quickly and precisely. The Luces will undoubtedly detect any attempts to disrupt the connection, and they'll fight back. You both need to be ready for a fight."
The Aurelians set to work, their nimble fingers dancing across the holographic display. Xander could feel a strange tingling sensation as the system within him responded to their efforts. Then,
[Warning : There is an external interference with the system. Do you want to stop the interference?]
[Yes] [No]
[No]
[User's will is yes but the system's designer and creator's will is no. System will forcefully stop the 3rd party interference.]
[New Message from the creator : Stop this human!!! You don't want to do this]
Suddenly, a surge of energy coursed through his body, and Xander let out a pained cry. The Luces had detected the disruption and were fighting back, trying to reassert their control.
Xander's vision blurred, and he felt himself losing consciousness. But just as he was about to succumb, a powerful laser blast tore through the air, trying to obliterate the Aurelians working. Kirk reacted and pinned Xander down. Xander through George's encouragement started fighting back.
As Xander regained his senses, he saw George standing beside him. "Hang in there, Xander!" George shouted.
With renewed determination, the Aurelians continued their work, their fingers flying across the display. Xander could feel the system within him straining, resisting the Aurelians' efforts.
But then, with a final burst of energy, he got a message.
[Connection with the system's creator has been severed. Futher updates have been cancelled. ]
As Xander stared at the holographic display, he felt a sense of liberation wash over him.
"It's done," Kirk said, exhaustion evident in his voice. "The connection has been broken. You're free, Xander. Now there's no way they'll find our location. "
Xander let out a deep breath, a weight lifted from his shoulders. "Thank you, all of you. I couldn't have done this without your help."
Kirk placed a hand on Xander's shoulder. "You've done well, my friend. Now, it's time to prepare for the battles ahead. Are you ready?"
