Gate no 307

it was quite a good day!!! I got a good sleep today...huhhhh it was tiring last night. After having breakfast i left my home directing towards metro station after all i should not get late for the flight.My flight is at 5 pm. and from my hometown Darjeeling it takes 6 hrs to reach dumdum airport.After long hoursof journey I reached "srinagar medical college"..my eyes shined and filled with tears ,after 2 years of hardwork i was allotted with this college after all my heart said i did it. My parents came with me to fix my room in hostel and look around the campus as it was the first time.We walked towards the principal room . I got few sheets where most of the papers were about the rules of the college and hostel.The last paper was of my dormitory room number.My papa asked me "did you read the rules ,aayat?" i nodded and said no , not yet. The warden took us to my room where i was going to stay for next 5.5 yearsss.We entered .Maa said"aayu, the room is big ,it will take a long time to fix ..let's get into work as fast as possible" i agreed and then i noticed a girl with dark black curly hairs and attractive nose pin too entered with her luggage..her parents were also with her...after a moment I understood she is my roommate .Her name is Pari ,she is from Kerela...hmmm quite interesting!!pari's parents and mine parents did discussion about how it is going to be and the protocol rules and all for long time .Oh crap i forgot to read the rules let me take the paper... crackling sound!!!! The papers were printed with the title The Rules one after another i read .....God too many.. but i noticed something strange . every page got a warning "don't go out of dormitory after 1 am" and the room no 307 was highlighted"strictly prohibited" .I told" papa dakho ki boleche" oh sorry my bengali accent i told papa to look at the rule .After having a look he started talking to pari's parents.Pari and i got curious to know why????.it was 10 we all went to mess ate dinner,we did lunch in the flight it self.and we were hungry after setting the room.The next day pari's and my parents were about to leave..We got tears first time i am going to stay apart from my family for these long years ...i hugged maa papa and they told me to take care and told me not to worry as they will be visiting me once in two months..They left.. i was sad and then i saw Pari too had tears After a while when we were entering inside the gate and roaming around the campus .A boy with his group came next to us ...he had worn hoodie and his shoes were great.his few strands of hais had blue highlights ummm something similar to mine as i too highlighted my lower hair portion blue.I understood that it was our senior.They asked our name i said my name and addressed pari.After listening name they were interested by my name .Maybe they heard it for first time. Anyways he addressed himself as akhil and in the group there were two girls too nilam and Ayushi ..didi of course!!I felt akhil is staring and don't know why but something was there in his mind ...it could be seen in his eyes
