Autumn rain came unannounced for a flock of birds flew away boisterously. I glanced at the flickering street light and the dim sumset faraway. The heat from summer didn't dissipate even after the day turned into night. I opened my umbrella as I dived into the rain.

'Tonight, the weather will get much colder,' I thought as my mind wandered elsewhere.

A silent whisper of bustling city entered my ears while the sight of empty streets entered my eyes.

'Just what kind of things could I do with my life? I wonder. The world went on with its own tapestry even if I didn't do anything, even if I did everything won't come to a fruition for my dreams intersects with those of others.'

'What should I do then?'

I asked myself as my gaze set itself to the faint glimmer of the twilight.
