Case log: October 1st, 2023
Object of prior unidentified origin entered United States Air Space at 03:14 hours.
Upon several attempts at making communication with the object in question,
4 F-35A Lightning II jets were scrambled to intercept.
Upon contact, all 4 subsequently, by definition of the word, disintegrated.
By no other means than what can be described as 'miraculous event', the pilots associated with these 4 aircraft were shortly there-after, discovered in the hull of a nearby oil tanker 23 miles off the coast of Venezuela, except for one Sr. Pilot Ramirez, tests would reveal no harm befell the 3 officers in question. The 4th and final mentioned pilot, above Identified as Sr. Pilot Ramirez, was, by all accounts, transported back to the runway in which he'd first embarked on his operation, dismembered.
The 3 remaining pilots would wail about abominations when questioned about Ramirez.
In one instance, Pilot James Wilcox. Identified in other documents as 'Pilot 2'
Attempted to remove his eyes from their respective sockets with a ballpoint pen, successfully succeeding at the right eye, when asked about Ramirez. This was proceeding uncontrollable screams of fear.
