-Background: Elysia was once an elf of the hidden Elfit(A kingdom of both Elves and Spirits) Kingdom {Avalon Le Fay}. She was a cheerful and happy girl, beloved by everyone.
She had a perfect life, a perfect family, a perfect everything. But in reality, she wasn't perfect, for her biggest flaw was her curiosity.
The curiosity of the outside world.
In the midst of the night, Elysia sneaked out of her home and exited the magical barrier that hid {Avalon Le Fay} from the outside world.
She managed to exit the Elfit kingdom, but not long after she was shown why {Avalon Le Fay} hid itself from the outside world. Why it hid itself from the evils of humanity.
Elysia was caught by a group of slave traders that were not far from where she had exited {Avalon Le Fay}. And as slave traders, they of course were going to sell her.
But not before trying out the product themselves.
As Elysia was about to be raped, Meliodas happened to stumble upon them in his search for Kage's general.
Enraged by the scene, Meliodas slaughtered them all, saving Elysia in the process.
After killing them, Meliodas went to comfort the crying Eysia. But nothing he did would cheer her up.
It felt kinda weird for him since he recognized her from the {Honkai Impact 3rd} games, always portrayed as a beautiful, cheerful, and mischievous girl.
And so, he lifted her chin to look her eye to eye "You're too pretty to be crying, how about you smile a bit?" Meliodas asked.
He expected many things, but what he did not expect were her laughter and giggling.
Although the events had scarred her, showing her how evil the outside world was, it also showed her how beautiful and kind it could be.
From that day on, she continued to smile. Not for her family, not for other people, not even herself, but for the world.
She agreed with what Meliodas had said, she truly was too pretty to cry.
The world deserved to see her shimmering smile, for she loved it and the world loved her back.
She smiled and smiled...even in her end.
