The trials began. Caelum was forced to relive his greatest fears: losing his friends, being consumed by the curse of the sword, and falling into darkness once more. Every fear manifested before him, testing his resolve. The sword seemed to loom larger and larger in each vision, whispering to him, drawing him in.
But with each trial, Caelum grew stronger. He learned to face his fears, to understand the depths of his inner darkness, and to push it away. His heart, once torn by doubt and guilt, began to steady. He was no longer the frightened boy who had first touched the cursed sword. He was stronger.
And finally, after what seemed like an eternity of trials, he stood tall. The Heart of Light, now fully revealed, accepted him.
