Chapter 1 - INTROVERTS!

I thought introverts are worthless human beings. Probably, because of how society viewed us to be. They told us we were incapable, weird, anti-social and unpredictable. These negative words start to circulate around our heads and replay these limiting beliefs over and over again until it becomes our identity. However, we never question these things if this is a fact or not. Sometimes our worth as a person depends on the other person. We're waiting for that feedback to be told "we're smart enough", "we're good enough" and so on and so forth. Even though we're all introverts we had different core beliefs, fears, strength, hobbies and perception of reality. It's on us to reclaim our power and never be afraid to be called INTROVERTS. I am not saying the other types are better than the other. It's just different personality types with different strengths and weaknesses. The opinion of other people toward us is a reflection of their inner world. It's just a projection only. We take it to the heart because we have created an inner protective shield to protect our ego. Which by default is really painful. In a sense where you want to hide from your home and never leave. We tend to forget "we never die" at all. A lot of people do this unconsciously without being aware of it. People are so intune with their own minds. Most of their thoughts that have popped up in their mind give it a meaning in a sense where they try to believe every single one of them. I would agree on this because I'm one of these people. As human beings, it's not within our system to be an observer of our mind. Our minds are so intune with the past and of course intensely focus on what's going to happen in the future. Majority of people are not present. That's why there are a lot of people who end up having an overthinking mind, anxiety levels and are not self-aware of not having the power to change their narrative. This is one dangerous aspect to conquer. However, it can be done one step at a time. What a complete delusion if we say "you have to take big leaps of action for you to feel the vast improvement" of personal growth. We as human beings wanted GROWTH in all aspects of life. This is where we thrive and we feel like we're tapping into our best version of ourselves. We hate the feeling of being stagnant. As much as we can, we never let that happen. Feeling of growth creates abundance and happiness. A feeling where we were totally in cloud 9 mode. It gave a sense of high within us. Also, I learned about information detox where introverts gets a high sense of high when it comes learning new things on a specific things they wanted to learn about. This example would be learning their personality type on MBTI or how to develop themselves into a healthy version of their uniqueness.
