CHAPTER 1: Incursion
I had lived my days peacefully at Peach's Castle with my friends Skye and Maya. Our days were often spent engaging in leisurely pursuits, such as playing catch in the castle courtyard or conversing by the fireplace in the left wing.
Today was one of those days that seemed to linger, as if time itself had slowed to a crawl. We were currently in our usual meeting at the fireplace, sitting in silence, waiting for one another to speak up. The air was thick with anticipation, a palpable tension that hung in the room like a heavy fog.
Skye was the first to break the silence.
"There was a time when the fridge in my home was empty, and when I went to the store, the shelves were bare."
Following the conversational tone, I decided to share a similarly inconvenient experience.
"For me, I went horseback riding, and suddenly I fell off the horse and broke my knee."
"As for me—"
Maya began, but was interrupted by the ringing doorbell. Everyone turned to me, so I decided to answer it.
As I approached the door, a wave of dread washed over me. It was an inexplicable feeling, as if something sinister lurked just beyond. Despite this, I opened the door, expecting to find a visitor. To my surprise, there was no one there. I was certain I had heard the doorbell ring, but with no one in sight, I returned inside.
For a moment, the dread subsided. Unfortunately, this respite was short-lived. The castle was eerily quiet, a stark contrast to the lively conversations I expected to hear.
"Guys? Are you there?"
There was no response.
A growing sense of unease settled within me as I entered the room with the fireplace. To my dismay, it was empty. As the dread had momentarily vanished before, so too had everyone disappeared without a trace.
A chill ran down my spine as I stood in the empty room. My mind raced with questions. Where had everyone gone? What had happened to them? Had something terrible befallen them?
I surveyed the room, my gaze scanning every corner, searching for any sign of my friends. The silence was deafening, broken only by the occasional creak of the floorboards.
As I stood there, lost in my thoughts, a blinding flash of light erupted before me. A figure cloaked in a deep, almost ominous gray materialized, startling me from my reverie.
"Hello, VivaCC. I am the Dark Lord. It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance," the figure said, his voice carrying a chilling undertone.
"Wh- What do you want from me...? Where are my friends?" I stammered, fear gnawing at my insides.
He explained, "I've come to request your labor and that of your friends. In return, you'll get your friends back. If you continue to comply, greater rewards may follow."
Seeing no other option, I accepted his request. With that, he provided me with the address to his location, and I began planning my journey.
It was then that I realized my peaceful life at the castle was over.
Arriving at the address, I was surprised to find a castle nearly identical to Peach's Castle. It was chilly outside, with a thick fog hanging in the air. As I entered, I was amazed by the castle's pristine condition. The floors and walls gleamed with a blinding light.
Suddenly, Skye and Maya fell from the castle ceiling, interrupting my admiration.
"Guys! I'm so glad to see you again!"
But there was no time for reunions. The Dark Lord stood at the top of the staircase in the main hall.
"Welcome to my castle. This is where you'll be working for me."
His voice echoed through the hall, carrying a chilling undertone.
"I'll be in the aquarium room while you familiarize yourselves with your surroundings."
With a chillingly effortless movement, he vanished, presumably teleporting to the aquarium room.
So, we explored the new castle, finding it strikingly similar to our previous environment, despite the change in location.
Skye and I ventured into different parts of the main hall, while Maya explored upstairs. There was a peculiar-looking door upstairs, but before Maya could investigate, the Dark Lord summoned us all to the aquarium room.
"Hey everyone, time's up!"
We teleported to the room where the Dark Lord was waiting.
"Hmph, it seems you all have a basic grasp of teleportation," he commented, acknowledging our ability and continued.
"Tomorrow, you'll all be training in physical fitness and self-defense. You'll need it."
I don't recall much of what was said after that, as the day was coming to an end. However, I do remember him mentioning that we would be resting in the aquarium room every night.
This was our new reality.
------
CHAPTER 2: Training
Today was training day. As I lay awake in the early hours of the morning, the weight of our impending training session settled upon me. I could feel a knot forming in my stomach, a mix of anticipation and dread. The thought of facing the challenges that awaited us was both exhilarating and terrifying.
We spent the night lifting crates and performing other physical tasks, eventually deciding to call it a night. Maya hadn't finished and would continue in the morning.
So, that morning, Maya woke up a bit late and resumed working on the crates. With the final crate completed, the Dark Lord arrived to check in.
"Maya, are you finished with those crates?"
"Yeah, I just finished the last one."
After confirming the situation, the Dark Lord shifted the conversation to the day's agenda.
"Good. By the way, today's training day!"
"Oh, right. You did mention that yesterday," Maya replied, seemingly forgetting about the previous evening's discussion.
"Meet us all in the main lobby. We'll start training there."
Skye and I were already waiting in the lobby. I had been fast asleep when Maya arrived.
"Skye! I assume he told you we'd be meeting here too?"
We had all been instructed to wait there for training, but we expected the Dark Lord to join us. Unbeknownst to us, the training had already begun.
Skye and Maya exchanged puzzled looks.
"Yes, he did, but where is he?"
Just then, we heard a noise behind us. A menacing figure, cloaked in a deep, brooding blue, stood there. This was our trainer.
"If you don't mind me asking, who might you be?"
"I'm a Dark Minion. The Dark Lord sent me to train you in self-defense and physical fitness."
Skye, expecting a more lighthearted challenge, began laughing. This quickly irritated the Dark Minion.
"Skye, I think you should stop now..."
But Skye was too caught up in her laughter to heed the warning. This mistake would cost her dearly.
The Dark Minion grabbed Skye by the neck or shirt collar. The situation was escalating.
"Listen kid. I'm no joke. If you want to treat this like a joke, you'll pay the consequences!"
By now, the situation had taken a serious turn. I awoke from my sleep and realized what was happening. Just then, Skye was thrown across the room.
A surge of anger and determination coursed through me as I witnessed Skye's pain. I knew I had to do something. It was then that I realized my duty to protect her.
After quickly landing a blow on the Dark Minion, immobilizing him, Skye, Maya, and I made a break for the exit. The Dark Minion pursued us, poised to attack.
Just as the Dark Minion was about to strike, the training session ended.
"Stoooop!"
The Dark Lord returned, halting the training and ordering the Dark Minion back inside.
"As for you three, come with me."
We were brought back into the castle and commended for our performance. The Dark Lord seemed satisfied with the results and dismissed us.
However, I was told to stay.
"VivaCC, you demonstrated courage even in the face of a formidable foe. Here—"
He handed me a gleaming blue sword. Although I had no immediate need for it, I thanked him.
"Thank you."
"No problem. Now, you're dismissed for your break."
And so, our break began without incident.
------
CHAPTER 3: Confrontation
It had been at least a week since we began working for the Dark Lord.
Today, I was on "painting inspection duty," a task I admittedly found rather mundane. Setting aside my personal feelings, it seemed the Dark Lord had something special planned for us today, as he summoned us to the main hall of the castle.
"Today, you'll have a new worker joining you," he announced.
A new worker? That sounded intriguing. I wondered what they were like.
"He'll be here any moment now."
Suddenly, a figure emerged in a blinding flash of fire, clad in a vibrant red that I found somewhat jarring. I decided to keep an eye on this "new guy" for the time being.
I had established a personal sanctuary on the castle's rooftop, a secluded haven where I sought refuge during my rare moments of respite. It was there, lost in contemplation, that I found solace.
As I drifted into a much-needed slumber, my mind wandered, reflecting on the events that had led me to this precarious situation. There was no doubt that I was trapped, a prisoner of circumstances beyond my control.
A sudden disturbance jolted me awake. A shadowy figure, unlike any I had seen before, loomed over me. The figure's form was shrouded in darkness, its presence a chilling anomaly. Before I could react, I was pushed off the roof and plunged into the castle moat.
Fortuitously, I managed to swim ashore. However, the shadowy figure had vanished without a trace. Or so I thought.
Suddenly, it materialized before me, seemingly appearing out of thin air. The figure shoved me back into the water, forcing me to resurface once more. I knew I had to act swiftly. A memory flashed through my mind, a glimmer of hope.
"Yes! The sword!"
I tossed the sword, intentionally missing the target as a distraction. Then, with stealthy movements, I crept up behind the shadowy figure and immobilized them. In that moment, I considered the possibility of ending their life, but ultimately, I chose a different path. I hurled the figure into the water, watching as they drifted away.
"Hasta la vista, BABY!"
It was a bizarre encounter, but I had emerged victorious. As I drifted off to sleep, my mind raced with the events of the day. The new worker, the shadowy figure's attack, our servitude to the Dark Lord—it all seemed so surreal.
A few nights later, I found myself alone in the aquarium room, lost in thought. The shadowy figure cloaked in deep purple had haunted my dreams, leaving me with more questions than answers. What was it? Was it a creature of nature or something more sinister?
Suddenly, a noise emanated from the Bomb-omb Battlefield room. Alarmed, I rushed to investigate, fearing that someone might be in trouble.
"Hello? Is someone there?" I called out, my voice echoing through the empty room.
A menacing figure emerged from the shadows. It was Hammycheez, the "new guy," his eyes glowing with a fiery intensity. He was ready to attack.
Fear gripped me as I pleaded, "Ahh! It's just me, stand down!"
He lowered his guard, his expression softening. "Oh, it's just you..."
Relieved, I decided to address the elephant in the room. "Anyway, I heard some noises from this room. Did you have something to do with it?"
He responded defensively, "What? Of course not!"
I apologized for the accusation and turned to leave.
"Wait!" he called out.
"Huh?" I turned back, curious.
"Did you ever think... that there might be others out there with powers like mine?" he asked, his voice filled with wonder.
I hesitated, unsure how to respond honestly without revealing too much. "Not that I know of," I replied, hoping my answer would suffice.
With that, I left the room. However, my brief moment of peace was soon shattered.
Suddenly, another noise echoed from the room behind me, jolting me back to reality. I rushed back into the room, determined to uncover the truth.
"Alright, Hammy! What are you up to?" I demanded, pinning him to the ground.
"Ack! Hadn't I told you? I didn't do anything wrong..." he protested, his voice laced with frustration.
His denial only fueled my suspicions. "Oh? You didn't do anything wrong? Prove it!" I challenged, landing a few blows.
The situation escalated quickly as Hammycheez retaliated with a fiery blast. I narrowly dodged the attack, but the wall behind me bore the brunt of its force, crumbling to the ground.
The commotion had alerted everyone, including the Dark Lord.
"Uh-oh..." I muttered, dreading the consequences of our actions.
Hammycheez echoed my sentiment, "Uh-oh indeed."
The Dark Lord and a Dark Minion, accompanied by Maya and Skye, stormed into the room.
"My wall! What happened to my wall?! Who's responsible for this?!" the Dark Lord roared, his voice booming through the room.
Hammycheez and I traded accusations, each of us partly responsible for the chaos we had created.
The Dark Lord's verdict was swift and severe. "Enough! It seems you both played a role in this mess. Dark Minion, take them to the cell!"
And so, our day ended on a decidedly unpleasant note.
------
CHAPTER 4: Jailbreak
The damp, cold cell of the Dark Lord's underground castle was a dreary place of confinement. Hammycheez and I were trapped within its confines, our future uncertain.
Feeling a pang of remorse, I wanted to apologize to Hammycheez. However, his stern expression deterred me.
"I think I have an escape plan," He began, "but I'll need your help."
I raised an eyebrow, intrigued.
"You see, the guard checks on us every five hours. If you can distract him, I'll grab the cell keys."
Hammycheez had a plan involving the prison warden's keys, and I would be responsible for the distraction.
As the time for our escape drew near, I decided to break the tension with some light conversation. We shared personal stories and anecdotes, passing the time until the moment of action.
When the guard arrived, as expected, Hammycheez gave me the signal. I feigned a mental breakdown, complete with wild gestures and incoherent ramblings. The guard was thoroughly distracted, allowing Hammycheez to pickpocket the keys.
Once the guard left, I snapped out of my act, clearing the air.
"You have the key?" I asked.
"Yep, let's get out of here," Hammycheez replied.
He unlocked both our cells, and we began to formulate our next move.
Suddenly, an alarm blared, cutting through the silence.
"Crap... An alarm?!" I exclaimed.
Hammycheez simply stared, his expression blank.
My mind raced as I tried to process the situation. In a moment of panic, I blacked out.
When I regained consciousness, I found myself beside Hammycheez in an underground cavern. He began to speak, his voice echoing through the cavern.
"You blacked out, so I'll explain what happened," Hammycheez began. "I carried you out of the prison cell and fought off a group of Dark Minions using my fire-based martial arts skills. That's how we ended up here."
The scale of this castle was far greater than anything we'd encountered at Peach's Castle.
"So, where are we exactly, Hammy?" I asked, curious about our surroundings.
Hammycheez pondered for a moment.
"Hmm..."
As he contemplated, I noticed an ancient map hanging on the wall. It seemed the exit lay to the left, with a series of labyrinths blocking the way.
Meanwhile, back at the castle, the Dark Lord had received news of our escape.
"Dark Lord, Dark Lord! VivaCC and Hammycheez escaped the prison!" a Dark Minion reported, his voice filled with urgency.
The Dark Lord's response was swift and furious. "WHAT! SEND SOME GUARDS OUT TO FIND THEM!!"
The Dark Minion scurried away to carry out the order.
Unbeknownst to them, Maya had overheard the conversation. Skye, noticing her friend's distress, inquired, "What happened?"
Maya explained, "VivaCC and Hammycheez escaped prison. The Dark Lord wants them captured."
Skye's brow furrowed. "I wonder if they'll be okay..."
Back in the underground cavern, Hammycheez and I had navigated the labyrinth and reached a heavy, imposing door.
"Okay, on the count of three, I'll open this door. Be ready for anything," Hammycheez warned.
"Three... two... one..."
With a creak, the door swung open, revealing a pitch-black room.
Disoriented for a moment, I stammered, "Where... am I?"
"The castle basement," Hammycheez replied.
A blinding light suddenly flooded the room, revealing us in the most precarious situation imaginable. We were surrounded by a sea of Dark Minions.
"Run!" Hammycheez yelled, already sprinting towards the exit.
I followed suit, desperately trying to outrun the horde of pursuers. We burst out of the basement and into the castle courtyard, only to find ourselves encircled once again. The odds seemed overwhelmingly stacked against us.
Was this the end?
As this all unfolded, Maya and Skye remained in the castle's main hall, waiting for any news, any sign. Skye, noticing a commotion within the castle walls, alerted Maya.
So, in our darkest hour, our friends Skye and Maya arrived to save the day, turning the tide against the overwhelming force of Dark Minions. Now, only one final obstacle remained: the Dark Lord himself.
------
CHAPTER 5: Revelation
With only two nights remaining until the Dark Lord's anticipated downfall, I was determined to gain an advantage. Skye, with her sharp mind and observant eye, was the perfect accomplice.
Under the cloak of darkness, I gently roused Skye from her slumber.
"Skye, come with me. There's something I want to show you," I whispered.
Half-asleep, Skye blinked, disoriented.
"VivaCC? What is it?" she mumbled.
"I think I've found a clue that could lead to the Dark Lord's defeat," I explained, my voice filled with excitement.
Intrigued, Skye agreed, trusting my instincts. We ventured into the depths of the castle, navigating the labyrinthine corridors with caution. I carefully checked for any traps or hidden dangers, ensuring our safety.
We discovered a hidden vent and, after a thorough inspection, I determined it was safe to enter. We crawled through the narrow passage, memorizing the route in case we needed to retrace our steps. The vent led us to a room we had never explored before: a library.
Skye's eyes widened in surprise.
"A library? I had no idea this place existed!" she exclaimed.
"I wasn't sure either, but I suspected there were hidden rooms within the castle," I replied.
Skye's curiosity was piqued.
"Why is this room so important?" she asked.
"This is the only room we couldn't access on our first day here. I asked Maya to note any inaccessible rooms, and this was one of them. I believe it holds secrets that could be used against the Dark Lord," I explained.
Skye's admiration was evident.
"Wow, that's really clever!" she said.
With our mission accomplished, we made our way back to the aquarium room. Skye drifted off to sleep, but my mind was still racing. I had a plan, a plan to finally end the Dark Lord's reign.
As the night wore on, I slipped out of the aquarium room, a determined glint in my eye. Two guards patrolled the castle, their presence a constant threat. I knew I had to act swiftly and decisively.
Drawing the sword the Dark Lord had given me, I approached the guards. In a swift and silent move, I overpowered one of them, holding the sword to their throat. The other guard, startled by the sudden attack, stood frozen in fear.
"Tell me, what is the Dark Lord's ultimate plan?" I demanded, my voice low and menacing.
The captured guard, terrified, stammered, "H-How did you know about that?"
I didn't bother to explain. "Just tell me, or I'll kill him!" I threatened.
The guard, sensing the danger, spilled the beans. He revealed the Dark Lord's sinister plot, a plan that threatened our very existence.
With the information I needed, I silenced the guards, ensuring their secret would remain buried with them. As I returned to the aquarium room, a sense of purpose filled me. The time for action had arrived.
The night before our final confrontation with the Dark Lord loomed large. As I lay awake, my mind raced with anticipation and a tinge of apprehension. I had uncovered the Dark Lord's sinister plan and was determined to thwart his evil schemes.
To clear my mind, I decided to have a heart-to-heart with Skye. We sat together, sipping tea, the soft glow of the lamp casting a warm light on our faces.
"VivaCC, are you sure we can really defeat the Dark Lord?" Skye asked, her voice filled with uncertainty.
"Absolutely," I replied, trying to sound confident, though a flicker of doubt crossed my own mind.
I sensed a shift in her demeanor. She seemed troubled, her eyes downcast. "Is something wrong, Skye?" I asked gently.
She hesitated, gathering her thoughts. "I'm just... not sure about this," she admitted, her voice barely a whisper.
"Don't worry," I reassured her, placing a comforting hand on her shoulder. "We'll face this together. We'll overcome whatever challenges come our way."
A glimmer of hope returned to her eyes. "You really think so?" she asked, her voice hopeful.
"I'm certain," I replied.
After a while, we decided to call it a night. As I drifted off to sleep, I couldn't shake the feeling that a great battle lay ahead. The fate of our lives hung in the balance.
------
CHAPTER 6: Lifetime
The night we'd been anticipating had finally arrived. We rose at the ungodly hour of 11 AM, the world still shrouded in fog, to gather in the castle's main hall.
I kicked off the meeting with a recap of our recent ordeal. "Remember when Hammycheez and I got trapped in the basement a few nights ago? That's when Maya and Skye swooped in to save the day."
Maya nodded sagely. "We should probably be more cautious in the future. The Dark Lord is likely keeping tabs on us."
Hammycheez chimed in, "Agreed. We need to lay low until the time is right."
While I appreciated their cautious approach, I had other plans for the night.
"Well, I'm exhausted. Let's call it a night," said Maya.
"Sounds good," Skye and Hammycheez replied, heading off to their rooms.
As Skye was about to follow, I intercepted her. "Hey, remember that 'place' we talked about? Let's check it out later."
"Sure, I'm in," she replied, a mischievous glint in her eye.
Later that night, I crept into Skye's room. She looked so peaceful, it was almost criminal to wake her. "Alright, let's go," I whispered.
"Leading the way, then?" she asked, already sitting up.
We made our way to the library, using the master key I'd stolen from a guard a few nights ago. The library was a vast, dusty room, filled with countless books. Skye, ever the bookworm, immediately gravitated towards a particular section.
"Ancient... Superpowers," she murmured, her eyes widening with interest.
Hammycheez had mentioned something about powers. Could it be possible? I couldn't help but feel a surge of excitement.
"Are we sure we should be messing with this stuff?" I asked cautiously.
Skye shrugged. "Who's going to stop us?"
And so, we spent the rest of the time until midnight delving into the world of ancient superpowers. We experimented with different techniques, and while we didn't quite master them, we made some promising progress.
The tall bookshelf at the end of the library looked out of place. A few books protruded from the shelf, their spines a curious mix of primary colors. Curiosity piqued, I pushed one inward.
A wave of toxic fumes filled the room. "Yikes!" Skye exclaimed, coughing. I had triggered a trap.
Panicked, I examined the books closely. The spines were a different color than the covers, and they were all primary colors: red, yellow, and blue. A pattern emerged.
I pushed the blue book first, and a satisfying click echoed through the room. The order was alphabetical by the spine color.
"VivaCC, hurry!" Skye coughed.
I quickly pushed the red book, then the yellow. Another click, and the fumes dissipated. A hidden door appeared behind the bookshelf. I had solved the puzzle.
"This must be it," I muttered, eyeing the mysterious door. "The Dark Lord's secret. I wonder what he's hiding in here."
Skye shrugged. "Well, let's not keep it waiting, shall we?"
With a deep breath, I turned the handle and pushed the door open. A rush of anticipation coursed through me as we stepped into the unknown.
We found a single book encased in glass. "Huh," Skye muttered. "A whole booby-trapped library for one book?"
Intrigued, we took the book. It had to hold the Dark Lord's secrets.
As we left the library, a Dark Minion spotted the open door. We bumped into each other, a clumsy attempt at a distraction.
"Do you like tea?" I blurted out, the only thing that came to mind.
Skye tackled the Minion, giving me a chance to escape. But the Minion overpowered her, and we were trapped.
"Why..." Skye's voice trembled.
Suddenly, I remembered the ancient powers we'd learned. With a surge of energy, I formed a plasma ball and blasted the Minion away, Team Rocket style.
The first rays of dawn were beginning to paint the sky. we needed to finish this before Maya and Hammycheez woke up.
"You okay?" I asked Skye, noticing her somber mood.
She forced a smile. "Yeah, I'm fine."
"Come on, let's finish this," I urged. Time was running out.
We returned to the main hall, hoping to find Maya and Hammycheez still asleep. Unfortunately, they were already awake.
"Finally, where have you two been?" Maya asked.
"It's a long story," Skye replied.
In truth, it was a simple story. We had found an ancient book in the Dark Lord's library. I pulled it out and showed them the strange drawing.
"This book might hold some answers," I said.
The drawing depicted a shadowy figure, whose form was shrouded in darkness, that looked eerily familiar. The accompanying text described Dreamweavers, immortal beings with the power to manipulate dreams. I was almost certain I'd seen this figure before. Skye's eyes lit up.
"Everyone, get in here!"
Suddenly, the Dark Lord's voice echoed through the room. It was strange that he was calling us, considering our recent conflict. But this might be our chance to defeat him.
"Let's go see what he wants," I said, feeling a surge of determination.
With that, we teleported to the aquarium room.
We entered the aquarium room, a place once filled with tranquility, now heavy with tension. The room was cloaked in darkness, the usual light source mysteriously absent.
Then, a blinding flash illuminated the room, revealing the Dark Lord. "Fufu... Welcome, this is your end, especially yours, VivaCC," he sneered.
He planned to incinerate us all. "I'll count to three, and then it's over."
But I had a counterplan. As he reached "one," a bolt of lightning struck the room, igniting a fierce fire.
The Dark Lord was stunned. "What?!" he sputtered.
Even as he perished, we were far from safe. I rushed my friends towards the exit, but Skye lingered.
"VivaCC, what are you going to do?" she asked.
"I'll handle this. You need to go," I replied, urging her towards the exit.
I turned back to the Dark Lord, engulfed in flames. "So, let's get to the point. How did you really feel about me?" I asked, my voice low and menacing.
He sputtered, "I-I hate you..."
"And who do you think you are?" I pressed.
"I am a god, you pathetic mortal," he roared.
A delusional man, believing himself a god. But his reign was over.
As he succumbed to the flames, I slipped away into the night, leaving behind the ashes of a tyrant. I couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction. After all, I had just defeated the Dark Lord. But I also felt a sense of sadness. The Dark Lord was once a powerful being, but he had let his power corrupt him. I hoped that his death would serve as a warning to others.
I met up with my friends outside the castle, relief washing over them as they saw me. Skye, her face alight with joy, rushed forward and hugged me tightly.
"I'm so glad you're okay, VivaCC!" she exclaimed.
We gathered around, the silence heavy with the weight of our current ordeal. I broke the silence. "Is everyone alright?"
Hammycheez nodded. "Yeah, we made it out."
Skye finally spoke up. "VivaCC, how did you defeat the Dark Lord? What was your plan?"
I took a deep breath. "A few nights earlier, I threatened a guard to learn about the Dark Lord's plan: to incinerate us all. I also discovered a lightning rod hidden in the crates we carried on the second day. I placed it on the ceiling of the room, ensuring that the lightning would strike the center instead of us."
Skye's eyes widened. "How did you know the Dark Lord would use a lightning rod to attack us?"
"I deduced that he'd have a Dark Minion on standby, on the roof with another lightning rod, ready to trigger a lightning strike. By welding another lightning rod to the ceiling inside the room and angling it towards the roof, I ensured that the strike would hit the center, giving us a chance to escape."
A moment of stunned silence followed. "VivaCC, you're incredible," Skye said.
We had defeated the delusional man and emerged victorious. Hammycheez was now a part of our group, and I was glad to have him. As we watched the castle burn, I couldn't help but think about the future. What adventures awaited us? I was excited to see what the future held.
