It was not long until the prince took the vow, and the world already started their plans.
-The Shin Dynasty-
Hue Kang summons his son and some of the scholars into his cabin in the Shin Dynasty. The situation seemed a bit off.
"What is it, father?" Xiang Kang let a question out of curiosity, but Hue Kang nodded and told, "I'll tell."
The scholars and Xiang embrace their seats.
"So, the reason I summoned all of you here in my cabin, is something very serious, so I must tell all of you to hear clearly." Hue Kang said, as the gathered people exchanged serious glances.
"The Ethereal Nine Palaces, whom were given as a gift to us by the Lord, are on the verge of breaking the rules of commitment." The scholars, shocked, couldn't let out a word and heard Hue Kang, what he had to say next.
"The Rule of Commitment, consisting a Hundered Rules, bind the Nine Palaces in law and peace."
"But, as of today, we see the Nine Palaces are on the verge of breaking them."
"Unfortunately, the second palace: Jenjyu Palace, was entangled into a serious law fight against the seventh palace: Zhenkai Palace. The reason is still kept private, so the Shin Dynasty's spys didn't intervened further."
"As a result, the fight expanded, and the Nine Palaces, who once were known for their outstanding unity, has come to..."
"Come to what, father?" Xiang Kang asked.
"What, Your Majesty?" The scholars couldn't help but let a question.
"A global war," Hue Kang said, forcing the scholars and Xiang Kang to stand up at once, all of them in a stunned expression, exchanged shocked glances.
"What!?" Xiang Kang couldn't help but say loudly.
"Take it easy, Xiang. You took the vow yesterday, and now, the Nine Palaces has come to his conclusion. This is such a bad time." Hue said, sadly.
Xiang walked to Hue, held his wrist, and with a deep, promising voice, said, "Don't worry, father. Your son, Xiang Kang, would bring the almighty Shattered Crown to this Shin Dynasty, without having a single damange in this castle."
Hue Kang, then had realised, that what a brave legend his son was.
