Elder Dan: "why are you still giving excuses for your failures. What can a trash like you achieve? That's why your stuck in this godforsaken place. We should go back and look for another way to get the blood essence. If it wasn't for the young master's plan, I wouldn't have wasted alot of my time with these trash."
Elder San: "it seems like we underestimated that girl. Her origins might be from one of those places."
Elder San looked at David's direction. David felt a chill down his spine when Elder San looked at him. He didn't see their faces but everytime they looked at him he felt extreme dread wash over him.
Elder San: "I'll give you one more chance to redeem yourself. In seven months time we shall come back for the girl make sure she's alive and well when we come back. Take this talisman that has beenimbuedwith a drop of her blood, as long as she's alive you'll be able to find her with this. Also take these herbs, make sure she takes them as it will nourish her blood and body."
David accepted the talisman together with the herbs. He was glad that he wasn't going to be the one extracting her blood essence anymore. He'll guard Diana like a hawk to prevent any mishaps from happening. Whatever they decide to do to her wasn't any of his business.
Diana saw and heard everything they said. She was shocked at the revelation of how David had deceived her right from the start. She remembered the rumours of how she was the one who brought misfortune to David. She didn't think much about it because she was sure she didn't harm him in any way.
Now after hearing their conversation she knew that she had attacked him though it was unknowingly. Diana hastily climbed down the roof and followed the three men at a distance.
Elder Sam whom had not spoken even once finally spoke.
Elder Sam: "that girl has a secret that she may not be aware of. It's difficult even in our place to find such a mysterious power. This power attacks anyone who tries to harm her. I suggest that for the next seven months that we are unable to back, we should do a deeper research. If possible we should find a way to take the power from her."
Elder Dan nodded, "I heard of secret technique from the fairy demon tribe. The process of taking innate powers from others is extremely vicious as one has to be alive but for the sake of gaining more power I'm willing to go all in."
Elder San: "then we shall have to invite a demon master to perform the ritual for us. We can't risk going against our vows no matter what's at stake."
Elder Dan: "I have some interactions with an elder in the fairy demon tribe. As long as there's some benefits he'll agree to help us."
Elder San: "let's go back."
Elder San got a talisman, formed a few runes in the air then a blinding light shone on their bodies and they disappeared.
Diana heard the whole conversation and was chilled at the plans they had for her. From then on she planned many escapes but wasn't able to succeed. She knew of the blood talisman that could locate her but she still had to try. Everytime she was a few miles from the palace David would send his men to bring her back.
Diana was so stressed that she only found out she was pregnant one month after hearing David's conversation. By then she was already three months pregnant. Her pregnancy made her all the more determined to escape.
Fiona listened to her daughter and she was filled with overwhelming killing intent. She couldn't imagine what would have happened to Diana if she wasn't successful in escaping. The seven month time was approaching in a week's time. David must be devastated at Diana's disappearance thus he has dispatched his men to search for her.
Good thing was that the sanctuary was a very mysterious place it hid them for thousands of years, so now it could hide Diana's location from the outside world. Basically the council meeting wanted to find out about David's intentions and why he was searching for her.
