Aoyama Xiu Xin was not at home.
Aoyama Sosuke went to Police Headquarters again looking for him.
"Hello, I'm looking for Police Chief Aoyama Xiu Xin. Could you tell me which floor his office is on?" Aoyama Sosuke asked, stopping Nakamura Shinichi, who had just arrived at Police Headquarters, after getting out of the car.
Nakamura Shinichi sized him up, "And you are?"
"I'm his older brother," Aoyama Sosuke said, handing over his business card to Nakamura Shinichi.
Nakamura Shinichi took it, glanced at it, and then quickly bowed, "So you're Mr. Aoyama."
"There's no need for formalities," Aoyama Sosuke replied.
Despite knowing his identity, Nakamura Shinichi still had no intention of taking him to Aoyama Xiu Xin's office. Instead, he said, "Police Chief Aoyama is attending a press conference. I'll take you to the reception room to wait for a moment, and I'll notify him once it's over."
"Thank you very much," Aoyama Sosuke nodded slightly.
The press conference had just begun.
