Yu Hu's face lit up with joy as he quickly entered the room, picked up the receiver, and dialed a number:
"The man is in my hands, you can make your move now!"
After putting down the phone, Yu Hu walked out of the room, looked up at the sky overhead, and a crazed smile spread across his face:
"This world, it's time for a change!"

Several duty-bound City Guard soldiers stood at the city gate, dressed in soft armor, with sabers at their waists and Tiger Rifles slung over their backs.
