Early in the morning.
The dim sunlight filtered through the gaps in the thick curtains, casting dancing, mottled shadows on the floor.
Jiang Mo slowly opened her eyes, her soft body wrapped in the large bed, emitting lazy signals from every cell, tempting her to close her eyes and sleep a little longer. But a peripheral glimpse of a figure startled her awake, and she quickly sat up.
"Awake?"
Zhou Wang, who was flipping through an entertainment magazine on the sofa, put the magazine down, stood up, and stretched, "Now that you're awake, come out for breakfast. I'm in a hurry to get to the library."
Jiang Mo unconsciously lifted the blanket to check and saw nothing unusual; she had slept soundly the night before.
"Stop checking. I've only been here a short while and haven't had the chance to do anything yet. But if you don't pull up your clothes, I can't promise I'll keep it that way."
Zhou Wang smiled, staring intently at her.
