The so-called Gang Skill, as the name implies, is the magic skill for condensing Gang Qi.
Martial Artists, upon reaching the Xuan Gang Realm, naturally are able to condense Gang Qi, transforming the Inner Strength True Qi cultivated previously into a denser, more profound, and powerful True Yuan.
At that point, once released from the body, it is no longer True Qi, but a more distant and variable Gang Qi.
However, this common Gang Qi is generally not very strong, and the speed of transformation from True Yuan to Gang Qi is also very slow.
Thus, most Martial Artists, upon stepping into the Xuan Gang Realm, would specifically cultivate a Gang Skill for condensing Gang Qi, not only to increase their speed of condensing Gang Qi but also to add some attributes to their own Gang Qi with some special Gang Skills.
