[Narration: After scoring high in the written test of the academy's exam,he was finally able to get into the S class , but because of bad luck he got stuck in another problem]
I am fucked. My dream of living a peacful life is totally failed by the presense of one girl ,Suzanne she became my partner for one month.After looking closely to her she is not like your average girls her charming eyes and her curvy figure is not everyone can gain.
While I was staring at her too much Suzanne glared at me and replied '' whatch are you looking at loser huh??''. if only she could do something about her shitty personality she will be perfect.But we have to maintain a healthy one month partnership with each other.
We also got a presentation project on the topic magical flowers and the toughest one to find is the crystal dark orchards which is said to be found deep in the dungeon.
After getting the topic from the instructor I thought maybe I should give it a try it is better than doing nothing and I asked Suzanne to help me with this project as this was a group project of consisting only 2 person each in group.
As I expected Suzanne 's reply was what I had imagined She replied '' Why should I have to waste my time on losers like you and on the second thought why am I this unlucky to get paired with a filthy man like you , it would have been better if my partner would be Reiner , Now it remind me of him I have to go to meet him , Loser you should do the project by yourself I am going''
Since I had already lost hope in Suzanne I decide to do everything by myself , For the whole day I was carrying a notepad and writing down everything about flowers while observing them closely as I was able to find most of the magical flower easily because the academy had a garden behind the school.
While writing down notes I also saw Suzanne a few times chasing Reiner and doing cute things to attract his attention and the moment I saw her she gave me a disgusted look, Well it was understandable as She already hated me for being a nuisance and top of it I was totally covered in mud because my flower research and every student was staring me like I am an uneducated peasant and dust in her eyes in the.
Time flied by and I also have to research about the crystal dark orchards which is the most difficult to obtain.After seeing myself in the helpless situation doing everything all alone I had already accepted my seclusion from my classmates and my partner.
But still there was one thing that pissed me off that my project partner Suzanne was helping his crush Reiner in his project even though he was already partnered with our ice princess Rachel. Suzanne 's image in my mind was totally destroyed after watching her act like that , I thought there was still some hope left as She would come back after some time but now I have to do everything to get the top score as the reward for getting 1st rank was to get any one wish from the instructor.
[Only 2 days remaining for our presentation ]
While Suzanne was enjoying her time I went to the dungeon to find the whereabouts of The crystal orchards. Since I had no magic aptitutde I was scared as this was my first time entering a dungeon which had I only seen in the animes and mangas.
I brought some useful utensils with me like Flashlight to see in the darkness and ropes and also some basic hiker tools I got these item for cheap prices.Luckily after roaming around the dungeon for hours while sightseeing the sculptures and dungeon floors I finally found the Crystal orchard.
It was on high tower the only thing was to climb it by the rope that I brought but the bad thing was It was surrounded by two long nose goblins, the green coloured mythical creatures which only occured in fiction now had appeared in front of me but these goblins were totally different from your anime's one , the one that are showed in animes are cute but these ones are very terrifying their saliva was flooding out of their mouth after seeing me.
This was my first encounter with monsters after coming to this world , I knew that I was nothing more than food for these savages as I not only was able to use magic nor I had an experience with swords, The only thing that I used to pursue in my old world was MMA[Mixed Martial arts] , actually I started with boxing at home then I also joined MMA gym.
Because of skill I gained the courage to fight these goblins. but I had never fought with a real monster and since there was two of them it was a little difficult to Dodge both of them at the same time , I managed to land a hit on a goblin and knock him down but the other one bitted me on my left shoulder, I pulled him off from my shoulder and I was bleeding and the goblin was so amused by smelling the scent of my blood he also loved seeing me trembling and was jumping in joy , it was like he was toying with me.
[Same time at the academy]
While Suzanne was smiling with Reiner and helping him and Rachel with their project forgetting about her own project she didn't even know that her partner was the verge of death and was battling in a life and death situation.[''There is a saying 'Ignorance is Bliss' ''].In the noon Reiner went to his dorm to rest and to think about the project.And Rachel and Suzanne also left after staring at each other for a second since the only thing that was connecting was their common interest which was 'Reiner'.
When Suzanne was going back to her dorm she overheard some students of S class talking about leon and since Suzanne didn't have any interest in Leon from start she started moving,but one guy said ''Is that Leon crazy to challenge a dungeon alone which even adventures also explore in a 4 to 5 members of party'', After hearing this Suzanne heard this she stopped and thought'Come to think of it I haven't seen him since the morning'. But one thing that she heard made her regret her behaviour towards Leon.
The students said ''That idiot Leon whose partner didn't even give a shit about him or the project instead she was helping her crush,Poor lad even after realizing this fact he is still giving his best , trying to get the first position as the top rank team can ask for one wish from instructor and the wish that Leon preasked from the instructor beliveing that he would get the first position was that he wanted the instructor to make Suzanne partner with Reiner because he knew that Suzanne had a crush on Reiner.''
Suzanne heard lot of their chatter in a corner behind only a door seperating them .After hearing these thing about Leon and his nature Suzanne expressions were blanked her body was supported by the wall she slowly slide on the wall and she sat down on the floor, while regretting her actions and reminiscing her thoughts that she had just made fun of Leon but didn't even help him eventhough he was trying his best for sake of Suzanne.
After this Suzanne was unable to control her emotions and she became worried about Leon as he is alone and at the moment she was going to start running.One guy sarcasticly said''Do you guys think That Leon has a crush on Suzanne?As I can't found another reason for why A guy will do things this for a girl he just met.''
Suzanne was shocked after listening this but she just took that topic as a joke and laughed it off as for the only thing that was important for her was to find Leon.She rushed into the classroom and asked the students at which dungeon did the Leon headed to. After getting the location of the dungeon,Suzanne used her float magic to fly and she straight headed towards the dungeon , praying that Leon must survive.And saying ''Just wait for me Leon I will save you.''
[In the dungeon]
Leon was lying unconscious on the ground with Crystal orchards in his right hand ,his blood scattering here and there he was covered in bruises and cuts all around his body.
He slowly opened his eyes and regained consciousness and the first thing he saw was holding the shinning crystal orchards he finally achived his goal now he only had to get back to the academy he was happy, but his happiness didn't last even for a second as The head of the goblins The Goblin king appeared in front of him and he was not in a condition to fight him , the goblin head was twice as large as the normal goblins.He whispered''Is this where my Mob life ended without even starting , but why her face is coming to my mind why her?why her?whyyyyy?"
[Narration:Will Leon be able to survive until Suzanne arrive at scene or he will be dead so that there will be start of another hero.But the question remains who is 'her' that Leon is saying while fading out]
