Her colleague was somewhat curious, "Another complaint about the sewer issue?"
The operator nodded as she logged the complaint in her notebook. As she finished writing the last word, she realized that the page already had no fewer than twenty complaints.
She found it a bit odd and as she answered her colleague, it was as if she was also talking to herself, "Yes, although we get these complaints every year, but..."
