If one were to say that prior to the Sixth Layer of Dining Dawn Realm, the cultivation process involved tempering each part of the body,
then the Seventh Layer of Dining Dawn Realm would be akin to purification and transformation of one's very being.
The so-called Golden Refine Chapter is a process in which Star Power is incessantly stimulated to temper the whole body, known as Refining Skin, Refining Meat, Refining Blood, Bone Refining, and Refining Internal Organs.
But this tempering happens simultaneously.
Once the entire body has been tempered by Star Power and is as translucent as jade, one can then stimulate Star Power to continuously purify oneself, with flows of Star Power surging like floodwaters. This strengthens the tempering and eliminates bodily impurities, enhancing one's fundamental essence.
This step is also called Transcending Mortality!
Completing this step signifies shedding mundane flesh and bone, bursting with vitality!
