By the sixth day of the Lunar New Year, government offices had resumed work.
However, on the very first day back, the City Government immediately issued a series of personnel transfers which abruptly shocked the people still immersed in the festive mood. Even the leaders, who hadn't fully recovered from the festive period and were still receiving gifts, felt as though they had been struck by lightning.
"What? I've been transferred?"
"Damn, why have I been moved too?"
