Jianghuai City Government decided to hold a celebration banquet and a live commendation meeting in honor of the police's swift hostage rescue.
Jiang Zhonggen and Liu Jiangqiu showed up at the event, along with Public Security Director Liu Qiang, Propaganda Department Director Zhang Xinhua, Finance Director Lin Jianguo... and a whole lineup of officials celebrated the success. At the banquet, City Secretary Jiang Zhonggen personally honored Fang Qin and more than ten other outstanding police officers.
Standing amidst a sea of red flowers, Jiang Zhonggen looked down at the reporters from over a dozen media outlets and smiled, "Our Jianghuai City needs comrades like Fang Qin, daring public security officers who ensure the safety of Jianghuai City's citizens and maintain our public order!
