Jiang Li hadn't fallen asleep.
Sitting on the edge of her bed, she pondered for a while before lifting her hand to gather her scattered hair and getting ready to leave after arranging her attire.
The moment the door opened, she saw her photographer with his hand still raised mid-air.
The photographer was a bit embarrassed, but fortunately, Jiang Li was fully dressed, and her hair was neatly combed, which allowed him to recover from his brief shock.
"Sorry, Miss Jiang, I didn't mean to disturb you," the photographer said. "Director Sun has a task for you and asked me to come and see if you were asleep."
Jiang Li nodded, not suspecting anything. "Great, I was just looking for him. Lead the way."
The two of them left the room, one after the other.
Seeing the photographer's empty hands, Jiang Li asked, "Has the live broadcast stopped?"
"Your live broadcast room has been taken down," the photographer replied. "But there's still one left over at Director Sun's side."
