Bella's mind was a blank.
She only felt the sun in the sky baking her blood, making it scorching hot. She even wanted to cut herself to let the clamoring blood burst out of her body and drown her desperate love.
She knew she was not normal, like a madman, but Bella had no choice.
She had been by the side of a madman for four years.
"What's wrong?"
Edward's voice suddenly sounded behind her. Bella looked up, her eyes already red.
"Why are you crying? I went to buy you sunglasses." He frowned slightly and put on the sunglasses for her, blocking Bella's surging eyes.
Suddenly it was dark in front of her eyes. Bella looked up, and everything seemed less dazzling.
Tears still slid down.
In the bustling amusement park, two madmen looked at each other, the woman was crying, and the man was puzzled.
What a ridiculous scene.
"Okay, don't cry, I didn't leave."
As if realizing something, Edward reached out and hugged Bella, gently patting her on the back.
After a long time, Bella came back to her senses, she murmured, "But will you want me to leave?"
The two hugged, and she had no chance to see Edward's smile.
It was the kind of smile that only a hunter would have.
"No, I want you to stay by my side all the time."
Bella nodded.
The two walked around the park and took many rides together.
Bella didn't know why Edward was even willing to play the goldfish game with her, but just now he was unwilling to sit on the carousel with her.
She couldn't figure it out and didn't want to figure it out.
She turned her head and looked at Edward, who was helping her catch goldfish.
The water in the pool was sparkling under the sun.
After a while, Edward's frown finally smoothed out, and he looked at Bella with a bit of pride, as if asking for praise.
Seeing this, Bella looked down at the goldfish caught by Edward, one was black and the other was red.
She couldn't help but laugh: "It's really great, you caught two."
Edward was like a child: "So they can keep each other company."
Bella took this to heart and smiled contentedly: "Then let's call the black one An'an and the red one Yin'yin."
The two seemed to be competing to see who was more childish.
It was now noon, and the sun was getting more and more scorching.
The two carried the goldfish and walked into the restaurant in the park.
"The date was not well prepared, the restaurant in the park is expensive and the food is not good." Bella joked, her eyes full of laughter.
Edward smiled and said nothing.
He didn't think the restaurant in the park was expensive.
After the two had lunch, the sun outside showed no sign of abating, so they simply sat in the restaurant and enjoyed the air conditioning.
"What else do you want to play? If not, let's go back." Edward looked at the sky outside the door, a bit impatient between his eyebrows.
He was the one who said he wanted to come, and he was also the one who urged to leave.
In the past, Bella would definitely nod and obediently follow him home.
But now that he has amnesia, can she be a little more willful and capricious?
Bella's eyes turned to the window of the restaurant, the summer scenery is always beautiful.
The highest building in the amusement park is not the roller coaster, but the Ferris wheel.
She stared at the Ferris wheel not far away and began to daydream.
Edward saw that she was not speaking and urged: "Hmm?"
Bella came back to her senses, and the air conditioning in the restaurant made her shiver.
It always seems to be like this, in summer, one step forward is like a volcano that seems to melt oneself, and the sincere heart will only be burned into a handful of ashes.
And if you go back, it will freeze your whole heart.
"Yes."
"What?"
Edward picked up the coffee on the table and took a sip.
"It's only good to look at when it's night, accompany me to ride the Ferris wheel."
Bella's eyes were smiling, affectionately looking at Edward.
The impatience between Edward's eyebrows did not fade.
He turned his head and looked at the sky outside the window, where the sun was scorching the air almost to the point of distortion.
"Okay."
It took a long time for him to respond.
Bella received the response and smiled even sweeter.
She seemed not to see the impatience in Edward's eyes, just eating her ice cream by herself.
The two walked in the park under the big sun.
Through the sunglasses, they couldn't see each other's expressions clearly, just holding hands, their fingers tightly interlocked.
The sun seemed unwilling to let them go, just hanging in the sky, baking them. Edward felt stuffy all over, and the sweat had soaked his shirt.
Finally, the dusk was approaching.
The sun was about to set, but the residual heat in the air was still baking Edward, making him restless and irritable.
"What's wrong?" Bella turned her head and looked at him.
Edward shook his head, even smiled: "Nothing, just feeling very hot."
Bella didn't speak, just stood in place: "Let's go back, I don't want to ride the Ferris wheel anymore."
"Why?"
Upon hearing this, Edward frowned deeply.
"No reason." Bella smiled sweetly, holding Edward's hand and walking towards the park entrance.
For some reason, an inexplicable anxiety rose in Edward's heart.
He accompanied her to wait for an afternoon, baked for an afternoon, and his back was already soaked.
But she turned a deaf ear, pulling him around.
Finally, she endured until now, and she actually said she didn't want to ride.
After a long time, as if thinking of something, Edward suppressed the emotions in his heart and obediently left the park with Bella.
Bella got in the car and sat in the passenger seat.
Edward held the steering wheel with his hands, and with a smirk: "Were you happy today?"
Hearing this, Bella turned her head, took off the sunglasses he gave her, and her eyes were full of joy.
"Happy."
How could she not be happy? She was so happy that she was about to go crazy.
Seeing this, Edward smiled more gently, didn't say anything more, and drove carefully.
Back home.
Edward stood in the living room, took off his sweaty shirt.
He was bare-chested, exposed to Bella's sight, without any concealment.
Bella looked over, his neat black hair with a touch of chestnut, the facial features deep and charming, and he was lowering his head to pick up the shirt.
As if sensing something, Edward turned to look at himself.
"What are you looking at? I just put the goldfish in the fish tank, I'm going to take a bath first."
After speaking, Edward turned and went upstairs.
Bella looked at the fish tank in the living room that had been empty for four years, and now there was a touch of black and a touch of red in it.
She smiled, turned her head and looked at the wedding photo again.
The color on it was also a touch of black, and a touch of red that she added.
The sound of water from the second floor came, and Bella came back to her senses.
She went to the coffee table, squatted down, took out the diary and the red pen from the drawer, and began to write.
"Today, Ye Jue asked me if I was happy."
"I am so happy that I am about to go crazy, no, I have already gone crazy, as early as the moment he said he loved me. I have never seen it, I have never seen his eyes with love looking at me. I dare not even dream."
"I deliberately said I wanted to ride the Ferris wheel, but I am no longer the Bella who just married him, silly enough to believe that kissing on the Ferris wheel will be together forever."
"I saw the impatience in his eyes, I saw his shirt soaked with sweat after walking with me in the afternoon, I saw his eyes when he heard me say I didn't want to ride anymore, he was very anxious."
"I am so happy that I am about to go crazy, no, I have already gone crazy. I want to use these small things to confirm his love step by step, even if it is only when he has amnesia."
"Edward, now you can really feel my pain and my happiness. I love you."
"Edward, it's your turn."
The red handwriting was bright and dazzling, Bella wrote earnestly and forcefully, almost piercing through the paper.
