Weeks passed in a swift and Lina couldn't wait to leave hell home.
"I can't believe they want it to be a masked singer competition" Bella said throwing herself on the sofa . She just arrived with her friends and Lina quickly took her backpack and started making drinks for them.
"I still don't think it's a bad idea , you got a nice voice and I'm sure you can find the costume that shows your figure well , the mask has to be beautiful and then after winning you can take it off and give a speech ... remember Dave will be on the judges" Cardi said and Lina coughed more like choking on something on hearing Dave's name .
Cardi and Sabrina used to be Lina's friends before she lost her mother. Everyday when they come home with Anna and Bella , they pretend as if they don't see her, like they never knew her before.
"Oh that means we gotta go shopping girls " Anna says and they all agreed.
Lina slowly walked up the stairs to her room and threw herself on the bed staring at the ceiling when Cardi suddenly opened the door and entered.
"Look , I need you to do me a favour Lina " she said in a low voice
"Why would I want to do you a favor Cardi?"
"Because you and I are childhood friends" Cardi said
" Please there's something I need to tell you , just please listen to me ...I don't have much time left before they notice I've left'' Cardi said and Lina shrugged listening to everything Cardi had to say before she left leaving her an envelope.
"Is Cardi trying to fool me or what?" Lina says to herself and laid down back on the bed thinking of everything that Cardi said .

The girls were caught up in their gossip that they didn't notice Cardi was missing and by the time they realized , she was already behind them.
" Sabrina who do you like on the JALD ?" Bella asked
" Andrew ,his eyes are so damn sexy and his hair ...oh my god I can't wait to get his head buried between my legs" Sabrina says closing her eyes with her middle finger tip in her mouth sucking on it

"Well atleast that shows that when I get him, he's gonna be mine and mine alone . He will be more focused on me and nobody else" Bella says

When they were done with shopping, they went home and prepared for the big night of their lives
